Of shape and broken in two spots. Gina greeted me with smiles and was able to help me. It would have been ready I. 2 hours however I choose to come back the next day. It was restored and place back on my finger where it belongs. That day I brought my nieces pearls and they have to be restrung. These are equally important as they were her mothers.
