Like always more bulshit every time I got to deal with these freaking stores have a commercial account which I thought meant they keep record of all your transactions and allows you to return things without a hassle. However there's always some nonsense going on and I know behind the scenes the real reason is because they don't want their daily sales to go down and they don't want to take returns from other stores they want to make you go out of your way to return it they're just making me want to go out of my way to not shop there. Expecting me to drive back to Temecula to make a return give me a break

Jio is the man! He helped me when the sierra and slover store refused. He's very professional and knows his stuff. Him and his employees like Angel actually go above and beyond when helping. They deserve a raise. The sierra and slover have had me waiting over a year for a call back from their store/district manager. Even corporate got on them and they still refused to help. Jio should be district manager, he has what it takes.

Horrible customer service. I came in to get a rotor resurfaced after getting a measurement from another O’Reillys. They told me they would be able to cut it one last time and then sent me to this store. After I paid they said they couldn’t . The assistant manager was rude and wouldn’t allow me to ask questions before saying “it doesn’t matter what you say I’m not cutting it”. If he would’ve explained to me in a professional matter then it would’ve been different. I wasted time driving between both stores all for them to be rude and not provide the services they said they would. Unorganized staff between both O’Reilly’s and unprofessional behavior from this store.
