I love stater bros , I always shop at any location , but what really happen the other day made this store my favourite, stater have been doing exchanges lately, and I was lost , can't find what I need until a young man name (Brandon) saw me lost and asked me how can he help me , so I showed him a photo of what I need and he went out of his way and brought it to me , I swear this is only happen at this store , thank you Brandon you are the best

Great place to shop. Awesome well trained staff. Absolutely friendly staff. Very clean establishment. Plenty of parking. Variety of fresh foods, baked goods and produce always fresh no bruises. Supervisors and Managers know what they are doing. Overall great experience when I shop at a Stater Bros. No matter which location. If you don't see in stock ask the staff most of the time they will get it from the stock room. They are winners in my book.

Today I had a pretty rough day, and all I was looking forward to was a caprese sandwich from the deli section... They were all sold out but Cynthia, the store manager and one other manager worked all together to make me one from scratch... Cynthia told me that it was her first time making this type of sandwich.... I could see she was working off an ingredients book to make my sandwich. Not only did this sandwich come out perfect but everyone involved help me end my day in such a positive note. Thank you stater bros you never know what kind of gesture could lighten up someone's day.

I'm new to the area and I've been shopping at food 4 less but I HATE it! I have been trying to find another grocery store near me that actually cares and when I went to this stater bros, everyone was so friendly especially the manager Lovette! I was trying to figure out where a lot of items were and Lovette took time out of his day to help me find each item I was trying to find.This store is a few minutes farther away from my house compared to food 4 less but this is now going to be the only store I shop at because of the amazing employees over there!

Ran in right now on my lunch & of course it's busy it's Vday! Ramon the manager was in the front making sure the lanes were running smoothly & getting us in and out greeting the shoppers. Angel was my checker fast courteous and kind just like I remember my Stater Employees from over 40 years ago! Thanks again Ramon for getting some good clerks! 40 plus year shopper!

I love it when I see managers roll up their sleeves and help out! It wasn't bad but there was one meat guy by himself and two customers besides myself, a manager saw that asked if he needed help and went back and helped me get my steak. This is the reason why I keep coming back to this store!

This store has horrible customer service and it starts with the store manager Ramon Miranda. He is racist and does not hire black people. My family has lived in this community for over 38 years and seen how this store is run. The store manager has disrespected my older father numerous times on multiple occasions. People do not need to support this store that does not value its customers.

Worse customer service. JAMES H needs to be taught. No greeting and worse NO THANK YOU. As a customer that is paying, thats the least he can do. Then the manager interrupts him to ask if he needs change. That should not be done during a transaction. But I have heard Stater Bros. Doesn't care about customer service.

Went in to get sandwich from front deli area Just plain rude service from lady who worked back there Like it's your job to make a sandwich sorry I asked you to do your job Never going back stater bros used to make sure there employees had good service But not they just don't care anymore

Stood in line at the deli being ignored, 5 people behind the counter helping one other person. Asked finally if I needed something and pointed to m my wife and she told someone to come help us, no idea where they went. Walmart has a good deli and selection. Never been ignored like that there.

I've always been a Staters shopper and I definitely come out of my way to come to this location!! Very clean very well stocked and very friendly customer service. Great managers, always around if you need anything.

Dear Stater Bros, I had an issue with my wedding cake order on Saturday, November 13 that I placed two weeks in advance. The Bakery Manager called me two and half hours before I was supposed to pick up my order advising me that she did not have the materials to make the wedding cake. She went into detail explaining there was a buttercream shortage. I was provided the option of whip cream but due to limitations I did not have the option of refrigeration so I asked if she could call another location to transfer my order. I was advised she would call but due to the late notice they might not be able accommodate but she would let me know. The Bakery Manager called me an hour later advising that the cake would be made at the Rialto location with buttercream. I was given the steps to come back to Bloomington Stater Bros to get a refund then go to the Rialto location to pick up the wedding cake and pay for the cake. I picked up the wedding cake and took it to the event around 6pm when I opened the box the wedding cake was edible. When I looked to see what caused the issue there was no cake dowel rods or support to hold up the cakes from each other. I was so disappointed with the overall experience Stater Bros provided. From low customer service to an incorrectly made cake. When I called the store manager on Monday morning, I was advised he could reissue the refund, but I had to bring back the cake. I tossed the cake away at the venue because the only way it could have been served was with a spoon. I ended up going to another store that was not Stater Bros and getting one off the shelf to replace the wedding cake. I am writing this statement since the store manager needs proof or a paper trail why a credit should be issued. Again, another thing taking up my time for Stater Bros issue. I recommend you train your employees to check their supplies when they first get in to make sure they have the materials they need to for fill their orders for the day and next. I can't believe it took the day of at 11:30am PST to receive a call to advise they did not have the materials they needed to for fill a wedding cake order. Also, please call the Rialto location and advise them of their misstep so this does not happen to another customer.
