Honestly jus wish paid more, incredible trainers except for this foreign guy call frank too bad not like his brother-cool, but yea gave it all I could have given for bout six months, when getting checks $600,$700,$800 had to go. Pure sad so stingy w money, but see bonuses and many oo left similar reason. Take care of employees, insulting pay .42 cpm keep it and good luck to you all. Again learned everyday safety w driving- only positive thing can think of

A good solid company to drive for. The only reason that I left is because I'm teaming up with family.

I worked for System in the '90's, ot of the Spokane yard. Very good company then, Jim, the owner, knew most of the drivers, and always had an open door policy. He ran a tight ship then, seems the same today. Im always proud to share the road with both TWT, and System. If I was still on the road looking for a company to work for, I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Im retired, but still have a company that supports trucking, as a pilot car service.

They don't lie and decieve their drivers. They value the relationships of the employees. You are expected to work hard and you get paid what you are worth.
