Very pleased with my experience as a FIRST TIME BUYER! They were able to help me secure my first car at a decent price! I would say the best part is you can negotiate a deal before coming into their business which is extremely helpful. Make sure you have your money ready. But wonderful dealership over all would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

Absolutely the worst and most dishonest dealership experience I’ve ever had. We went in for a used car that was clearly advertised online for $11,495, but once we arrived the salesman tried to force us into purchasing a mandatory “theft deterrent” package — which is illegal unless it is already included in the advertised price (it wasn’t).
Then the finance manager attempted to pressure us into buying a $3,500 warranty, claiming “the bank requires it for a better interest rate.” This is a well-known deceptive practice called loan packing, and it is completely illegal. Banks do not require warranties as a condition of financing. We even told her this, and she continued lying anyway.
She also overstated the sales tax, which is another deceptive practice and a violation of the Truth in Lending Act because it inflates the overall finance disclosures.
When we called her out on the warranty scam, she suddenly said she could “discount it,” but then she increased the selling price of the car from $11,495 to $12,495. Raising the price after advertising it is blatant bait-and-switch, which violates Federal Trade Commission rules and state consumer protection laws. We told her directly that it was illegal, and she still stood firm.
To make things even worse, they had another customer’s government-issued ID and personal documents sitting out on the desk, fully visible. That is a serious privacy and data security violation and shows how careless and unprofessional they are with people’s sensitive information.
This dealership violated multiple laws and consumer protections, including:
• Bait-and-switch advertising
• Mandatory add-ons on a used vehicle
• Loan packing / misrepresenting lender requirements
• Truth in Lending Act (TILA) violations
• Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP)
• Mishandling customer personal information (privacy violation)
We ultimately walked away, but honestly we had more than enough evidence to file multiple complaints and potentially pursue legal action. If you’ve already purchased a vehicle here, I would strongly suggest consulting an attorney to review your contract and see what rights you may have.
If you value honesty, transparency, fair pricing, and basic professionalism, avoid this dealership at all costs. This place relies on deception, ignorance, and unethical tactics to take advantage of customers.
