Employee (didn’t get her name) of African American decent in her mid 40’s was very rude to a customer. The customer asked her if she can give her the address to another facility and she told the lady in front of me “No! Use your phone…those kids (points at her children) are on their phone all the time anyway” that is so mean, rude and unprofessional.

I would like to first say thank you to the post master that came out to the front to assist me with what was going on at the counter with a postal worker . He came out look thru the computer did what he had to do so I was able to pay for my P O Box and go on with my day . With no late fees . Gracias , I did not catch your name . You know who you are . Handled the situation like a Boss .

Accepted a new passport walk in application, (after the San Bernardino Redlands USPS branch refused to honor my husband’s scheduled appointment, because the person in charge “abruptly left for vacation” and it wasn’t their fault that the manager didn’t call us!?!) despite it being busy and lunch time. Got it in, and now we just have to wait. I am super grateful for their help!

I came in last Friday after visiting two other post offices for a walk-in passport application. I completely expected to be turned away (it was almost 5) and instead, both ladies helped me start to finish. Every step was outlined in detail, they took a new photo for me, and were so kind the entire time (not to mention the jokes!! 😂) To future visitors: keep in mind good customer service is about how you are helped, not whether someone speaks like a Disney princess. If you are kind and respectful, you will find it in return. 🫶
And to you nasty nancys, you wish you could pull off nails that pretty!!

I used to come to this location, got excellent service. Visited today and only one employee assisting customers. She was rude, acted like she didn't understand what ppl were asking for. guess Rialto is my location to go to now.
