“THOROUGH & ATTENTIVE SERVICE! My Dad spent a lot of time looking for a cool graphic tee and he set his sights on a Godzilla tee. One of the floor workers was constantly checking in and helped him out when he couldn't find his size. He settled for a larger size but the worker returned and checked-in AGAIN to potentially find an alternative shirt. She even asked me if I needed anything! 5-stars for this visit!

“I went to this location yesterday with my friend, and I just had to say that I have never received such amazing customer service at a clothing store. All of the staff I spoke with were extremely nice and welcoming, but Hannah genuinely went above and beyond for my friend and I.
Hannah was attentive and helpful yet not overbearing in the way that many sales associates can be. She was honest with us as customers while we were trying on jeans, and seemed to genuinely care about helping us find what we needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the products, proper care for the jeans, and common wear/tear and how to avoid it.
I probably ran her ragged with the amount of jeans I tried on, but she never complained and seemed invested in making sure I got the perfect fit. I ended up buying 4 pairs and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s rare that I find jeans that I like and that fit me well, so the selection that this store had, combined with the attentive staff was a god send.
Besides Hannah, my friend and I were also helped by another associate whose name I never caught. She had dark hair and a black floral tattoo on her arm. She was so friendly and talkative but had to go on her break so Hannah took over. It was refreshing to see staff work seamlessly together and make sure their customers are taken care of even during a shift change/break.
The staff were casual and friendly enough to have fun conversations with my friend and I, while remaining professional.
Overall, I had an amazing experience, love the jeans I bought, and hope that Hannah and the other staff members receive all of the kudos they deserve!!”

“My wife and I visited Macy’s Backstage at Victoria Gardens after a friend recommended it. It’s on the second floor of the main Macy’s—just take the escalator up.
The store is neat, organized, and has great deals on clothes, accessories, and home goods. The employees are very nice, and we’ve found some amazing bargains.

“Reed and Brandon are my heroes!
It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!
They were so busy, it seemed as they were understaffed.

“I found a dress online that I thought would be great for an upcoming occasion and wanted to try it on in person before committing to make sure of my size. I've never shopped at Lane Bryant so it was necessary. When I walked in I was nervous but greeted by a very kind employee named Samantha. She helped me find the dress I was looking for and some other suggestions that matched what I needed. I ended up getting the dresses she suggested and not the one I came in for. She was good at picking things out. When I came out of the dressing room she was attentive and helpful, she made sure I was comfortable through it all. I felt like I was shopping with a friend.
