Overall, I had a positive experience with the company. The technician was skilled and handled the job well. My only concern was a scheduling issue—they sent the technician while guests were still occupying the short-term rental, despite our agreement that the work would be done after standard check out time. Aside from that, I was pleased with the service.

Just do it. These guys are really good. Is it worth skimping on this and then having a chimney fire? As a firefighter I’ve seen what that looks like and it’s not pretty. Like I said “Just do it.” We get it swept by these nice folks every year.
