The staff repeatedly gives incorrect information. They said if I took money out of a CD early I would have immediate access to it. Then when I took money out of the CD and tried to wire the money they said I had to wait a day. The teller issued a cashiers check because she could not figure out how to transfer the money directly from the CD to checking account but then when she deposited the cashier's check it put a pending status on it. Before she generated the cashier's check she said there would be no difference but clearly there was. To say I couldn't have access to the money right away made no sense because they wrote me a cashier's check, so it WAS immediately available to me. I refuse to do business with this branch, I have no trust anymore. When my other CD matures I will close my accounts with this bank entirely. Good job Blue Jay! Update: I got a repsonse from US Bank and they want my name and phone number to discuss the matter. This is a very small branch, the manager was brought into the situation, he can contact her if he wants more details. It will not change anything to speak to "James". I was told the week before (when I went in specifically to make sure I knew what the rules were) I could easily conduct the transaction but when I went in a week later (yesterday) the story changed. How is anything we discuss going to change that?

Might be wise to just drive down the mountain to a more personable/established/trained branch.
