The Blue Lake Casino Hotel in Northern California offers an exceptional experience for guests, starting with ample parking space that ensures convenience from the moment of arrival. Although I have not visited the casino, the front desk service is exemplary, providing a warm welcome and efficient check-in, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. Accommodations are comfortable and spacious, featuring quality beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep, and the bathrooms are modern, clean, and well-lit, enhancing overall comfort and satisfaction. From the cleanliness to the attentive service, this hotel clearly prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction, making it a great choice for travelers in the area. Close to Eureka, CA.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful rooms. Plenty of space to take my dog out. My one complaint is I could hear a kid stomping around upstairs for a few hours.

My husband and I are staying here right now. My husband just called the front desk at 1:30 a.m. to try and resolve an issue of ten drunk people outside our door having a party. Security came up and let them still hang out. We had to call two more times. All the while EMT's are trying to get in a room next door because one of their party friends is unresponsive. Security confirmed some of the people are not even staying here. We called down a fourth time and the security officer knocks on our door and yells at my husband for calling the front desk and says he will implement a 24-hour exclusion. Really!? We will be punished for trying to sleep at 2AM??? They didn't offer us another room or anything like that. They were not even trying to be nice to us. That is not how you treat your customers. We will be speaking with the management in the morning. The wannabe security guard cannot even control his own emotions. DO NOT STAY HERE! PERIOD!

The floors seem thin, so you can walking from the room above. I had a nice ribeye steak at Alice, breakfast at the same restaurant was only $10. Quanity was good. I think it sat for a few minutes before it was brought to me. Sushi Blue was excellent! I enjoyed the sashimi and gyoza.

This place is awesome. Food and beverage charge way too much for a casino setting but the hotel and table games are top notch.

Stayed at Blue Lake Casino Hotel for a week. We've visited and stayed at a lot of casinos between Biloxi, MS and Reno, NV. Blue Lake Casino Hotel is by far the best! Every staff member we encountered whether at check in, walking through the hotel, or on the casino floor was incredibly friendly. The room was fantastic and spacious. Best sleep we've gotten while traveling. Ever! Very quiet in the hotel, never heard anyone coming or going. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for an amazing get away!

A group of friends decided to go out and see a reggae band called Dread Daze in the wave lounge. When we showed up the band was just finishing setting up. For the next 30 minutes I watched the band, hotel staff and some other folks have some sort of technical difficulty with their sound board. I walked up to ask if they needed help. They told me to go away. After another 20 minutes of struggling, one of them came up to me to ask for help. I got the sound going and did my best job at mixing their sound without a sound check. Why didn't the casino want their event to be successful?
