What an angel we found at Echard's Desert Radiator! Joe stopped what he was doing to assist us with an overheated RV. It only took about 20 minutes to find the problem, fix the problem and get us back on the road again. Thank you Joe for being so kind & helpful to us.

Joe is an awesome guy. My car was leaking coolant and I brought it in. Joe never asked my name or phone number, just said to come back later in the day. He figured out that I have a warped head and a crack in my engine block, but gave me a great suggestion for a cheap sealant fix that he said works on even worse situations. After having my car for over 5 hours, I asked him how much I owe him. He said $20! I was baffled. I gave him more than he asked because I couldn't believe it. He's an extremely honest person. He was courteous and nice the entire time and definitely felt like a reliable family shop I would go to again. Thank you Joe :)

I'm beside myself, Joe went so far and above for us. The awesome tow driver dropped my wife and three dogs here after being in the 118 degree desert for a few hours. At 1540 Joe agreed to do what it took to get us on the road repairing our broken water pump. He sat my wife , three dogs and I in front of the cooler the ordered the parts . The water pump arrived after 1600 and Joe just kept plugging away until around 1930 at which point he discovered the belt was incorrect. Joe was right back at it in the morning 0730 had the correct belt and had us on the road before 0900. Joe personifies the term love your neighbor. In fact everyone I encountered in Blythe seems to carry this attitude. Couldn't we all take a lesson from this.

Performed a quality quick fix to get me home to phoenix after another Blythe shop caused a coolant leak they couldn't fix. He actually drove down to autozone to check it out first! What shop does that? Super cool friendly guy saved the day.

The radiator on my RV developed a small leak around the lower tank seam. Joe found the problem quickly and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived the day of my appointment he got me in right away, removed the radiator, repaired the leaky tank seam, reinstalled it, and had me back on the road in a few hours.

honest and reasonable..blythe freeway towing wanted to charge me over 600 bucks for a new radiator. echard's charged me 1/2 that.

An honest mechanic. Engine light came on and for $40 he read my trouble codes. Honest and a great source of knowledge. If you're traveling down I-10 and you have a problem stop in to Echards. Better safe than sorry!
