Absolutely the best T-Mobile store!
I had to get a new phone because my old one (from 2020) had a swollen battery and could barely hold a charge for more than 2 minutes. Since I rely on my phone for on-call work, I couldn’t risk it potentially failing—or worse, exploding.
I expected the process to be like buying a new car: time-consuming. But to my surprise, it was quick and painless! The store was busy, but I was helped within 15 minutes. Selecting my new phone was simple, payment was completed through my husband’s phone, and I was out the door in just 20–25 minutes.
As an added bonus, they even offered us water on such a hot day—a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!”
