I went into Napa for a couple of spark plugs for my Mercury outboard , they didn't have them but they called another Napa and the plugs will be there in the morning , really appreciate the employee's at Napa in Blythe California !

The staff at this NAPA location are very helpful. Over the past couple of weeks I've been to the store 3-4 times. One time I was waiting in the parking lot for my parts to arrive. Within 5 minutes after the delivery truck left, I received a call letting me know that my part had arrived.
