We happened to park in front of this co-op on our stop to explore bodega and I must say I do regret not buying more things. I got this great magnet but I really wanted the slippers. They looked so warm. This Artisans’ Co-op is really worth stopping at. It was definitely one of my favorite stops.

This Artisans' Co-op was my first visit, after a delicious Macchiato next door, in the town of Bodega. A very quaint village of shops, galleries, restaurants and coffee house. My friend and I walked in the co-op and were amazed at the variety of quality merchandise. Look here, look there is all we said for about 20 minutes. I finally decided on 2 very small Raku pottery vases. There was even a variety of sizes and colors. Next visit will be to definitely buy more.

Great spot to see and shop for local artists creations. Displays range from handmade boots and shoes to fine jewelry. A beautiful and interesting array of fine arts, craftsmanship and local creativity. I bought several artists cards and a beautiful print of a local artists painting of the coast. A nice keepsake to remember a pleasant day in the area. The woman working was pleasant and friendly and enjoyed a pleasant little chat.

What a gem!!! Instead of tired touristy garbage, this place is filled with clever, beautiful artisan creations! The ladies who helped us were a couple of the artisans. Glass work, painting, woven, leather, wax, you name it, it was represented. I walked away with a few items that I was thrilled with! No price gauging. Check this light, joyful shop out!

This place is a treasure trove filled with all kinds of different pieces of art and craft from local artists. Great products (see photos). But I nicked one star off because they claim to be open daily, when in fact they are only open Friday to Sunday, apparently for Covid reasons (I sent the correction to Google Maps). I made the trip for the work of one specific artist (Christine Paschal), but found the store closed. One hour of round-trip driving wasted. When I finally went there on a Friday, I tried to call to be sure I wasn't driving there for nothing, but they don't pick up their phone (I could have nicked another star for that), so I drove there and was relieved to find the store open. Finally, when I checked out I was mistakenly charged the previous shopper's item in addition to mine. I caught the mistake and could prove it by showing my credit card notifications, but I felt a bit irritated by then. So, caveat emptor, this is a mom-and-pop, nonprofit outfit. Great products but haphazard management.

If your eyes are glazed over from the beautiful coastline on your next road trip...watch for this little hole in the wall place....go slow...worth finding a parking spot. Lots of unique artists represented here...

If you're going by you should stop. At the time I was there they had a collection of 55 artists work. Fiber arts, leather wares, a variety of jewelry, ceramics photos and paintings. A different artist works each day and is there to walk you through the co-op and everything in it. Totally worth a stop and the food across the street at The Casino at dinner time is really good too.
