“This was a great free little gallery and the owners were so welcoming and laid back. It was a great way to get out of the rain and see some beautiful pieces. We didn't buy anything here but we felt welcome nonetheless. I recommend this place to art lovers. They have many different mediums as well. My favorites were the stones carved and made into various household objects.”
“We had some damage to the frame of a piece of artwork that was shipped to us from Florida. Christian was gracious enough to be in touch with the art gallery to arrange for shipping of the new frame. The new frame came in damaged. Again, Christian spent time working with the gallery to have another one shipped. More time was spent than Christian had anticipated on our piece of artwork. Eventually, the frame was replaced and the artwork is in tiptop shape. We appreciate the extra time Christian had to spend on our piece.”
“This is THE place to go to see early California paintings. They have a wonderful selection and just walking through the gallery brings you back in time. The owner, Nancy Ferreira, is considered one of the leading experts in early California art and is fun talk to about the history of these historic artists. The gallery is located in the town of Duncans Mills, which is a nice place to stop on its own.”
“We happened to park in front of this co-op on our stop to explore bodega and I must say I do regret not buying more things. I got this great magnet but I really wanted the slippers. They looked so warm. This Artisans’ Co-op is really worth stopping at. It was definitely one of my favorite stops.”
“This small-town arts and event center is a gem, set in beautiful west Sonoma County. The array of shows and wide taste in music is remarkable. The art gallery is charming. Set on the north edge of the village of Occidental. We’re so lucky to have it. Only 35 minutes drive west of Santa Rosa.”
“They have some amazing artist in this latest show. Of course I'm a little biased because I entered my work and got best of show. It's a small gallery but there is a lot there. It sits on the main street in the little town of Graton.”
“Everyone was so kind. I bought a photographic print by Bill Theis for a good price called Have You Found Your Prince? They served wine and had such a welcoming atmosphere. When I get my lawn in order I will a buy some of those lawn pieces. Worth stopping by.”
