From hiway 178 ,I got 2 flat tires all at once, there was no cell service, me and my lady was stuck there for 3 hours, at least 50 cars passed it was at night, even the cops, with our emergency flashers on, no one stopped, I wasn't sure which way to start walking to get help,, we just about gave up on help, we seen some lights coming and as is got closer I seen it was a tow truck, the gentleman stopped on a dime and asked if he could help in any way ,told him what the problem was 2 flats at once and no phone reception he said he new about the reception problem because he lived around the lake area most of his life b UT the 2 flats at once, was a new one, he asked were we AAA members with we were ,, he drove us a few miles away to get cell service, we road with him called AAA and set up the tow ..he was very professional at his job, and the dispatcher was also ,, his name was Mat, I cannot remember any tow truck driver my hole life being as Curtis and helpful and defently respectful as Mat, Percision definitely has the rite person driving for them, Thanks Mat Morrgann”
