Saturday July 29th 3:30ish. Went to buy two Slurpees, this is why you go to 7/11 for right! The staff had taped signs on the Slurpee machines,"No Slurpees"??? What???The machines were in service, clean and operating as designed. I turned the handle and Slurpee came out??? I walked up front, found an employee, an older woman, with a mask on. I asked if the machines were broken, she yelled "NO SLURPEES! All you people do is make a mess and I'm not cleaning up the mess anymore!" I thought she was kidding,, so I kindly said, "If I promise not to make a mess." To my suprise, she snapped back at me"I SAID NO SLURPEES!" I was kind of embarrassed but was not about to argue with the lady so we walked out...SMH, DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN??? I have been in there many times and could not believe an employee wouldbe so rude and have the audacity to say something like that to a customer . Gonna think twice about going back there. Very disappointed customer !

I thought the store was open 24 hrs. The store is always closed when I try to go there before work.

They say they open but the night clerk be asleep with all the lights inside off. Never seen a 711 run like this. I couldn't even buy me a drink while on doordash. I came from skyline to come pick up a order and the guy was just waking up from a nap had me waiting out side. Very I'm professional if hes on his break. John seventy eleven is due better by getting someone to cover him so the store could be open 24/7 like it says it is.

Love this place, have gone there for 20 years. The manager named Kelly is very smart and down to earth. I was confused why they weren't carrying a certain promo other 7-11's were and she explained a new law which bans the product promo in unincorporated towns but not cities which is why the 7-11 across the way was allowed to run the promo. Also they have a dude works there who looks like Chris Pratt. Fun group recommend 100%. Only negative is harder to get to than before because they are next to Frisbee street, which has an illegal unethical partial road closure to give a city councilman's mother/mother in law a private street paid for by taxpayers. Disgraceful, but this 7-11 is awesome!

. Went to this 7-11 on Sunday November 20th. 3 kids had to be around 12-13 with skateboards come in as I'm shopping. The guy which I found out his name was John and he owned the store, asked the kids to put their skateboards by the door (not sure why) but they did. They man proceeded to follow them from a distance to see what their doing (didn't even attempt to hide it) I guess he caught me staring at him and he proceeded to say "you gotta watch those skateboarders, they're criminals" and I replied " are you joking or no?" He said "kinda". It's was definitely upsetting to know that this man was blatantly being prejudice towards those kids for no reason. I left the store and I assume he continued to followed the kids until they left. I've never been in a situation in my adults years where I've noticed this type of behavior. That's not okay and I will never go back yo this 7-11 again. I really feel like something should be done because as a store owner blatant prejudice shouldn't be acceptable behavior

There was just this old Asian lady that was overhurrying customers. I'm a quick operator but as soon as I finished she calls "next customer" out loud. We don't need that extra 0.9 seconds hurrying out people that payed. This behavior raises stress levels in a store, it's a trend that must be stopped in many places. 11/04/2022 3p.m.

A rather clean 7-Eleven, the amenities were really taken care of and the area was clean. They did not have the hotdogs that I wanted, but I could've just came at a bad time. They did have new and exciting slurpee flavors. Periodt. :)

On 7/11 walked in to get our free slurpee and got a little trivia lesson about how the frozen Coke was discovered?

This is a hidden 711 you would not know exists since it's on the corner of a dead end area in Bonita. Has a gas station and a standard large 711 store with all the snacks and drinks you could want. The evening I passed through here a lot of locals were grabbing gas, beer, snacks, and the 711 food. Store was well stocked.

Rude employees. Do not participate in the same deals that all other 711 stores do.

Yesterday my mother was in an accident out side of 7-11 and a lady who works there ran to help my mom who was crying in pain, I've never heard my mom so panicked. I called today to find out the lady's name so to Ms Kelly I truly thank you as does my family. Hope to meet you soon to personally thank you!!!
