Two stars due to customer services, theres two Asian ladies that have a problem with providing customer service to someone of a lighter skin tone (white). The irony of it is that I happen to be Hispanic but I guess my skin tone makes me look white. Last couple of times one of them gave me a hard time over a box that was recycled with a new prepaid label and accused me of stealing the box and pretty much made me pay for it. Yes I had the option of taking the box full of Christmas gifts home and ship it with a different box but it was the holidays and being stationed on a ship makes things difficult. Another incident they had an issue with was the prepaid labels. They were trying to make me pay for shipping again despite that it had a PREPAID Label!!! So after arguing with them I just dropped it off in the self service box and called it good. Now today 13 Feb 24, I to hand them the already scanned items, because I missed the early pick up time from the drop box and the other lady just looks at me and takes off in such a disrespectful matter in order to avoid service. Thank goodness for the self service kiosk because I firmly believe we'd be screwed without having them. These ladies display a disgusting behavior towards people and you can tell its targeted.

I want to acknowledge the clerk Mylene who has attended to me at the Bonita Post Office on 11/07/23. She is super quick, professional in her attitude, calm under pressure (since the lobby was full and she was by herself), courteous, and smiled with everyone she helped. She made me feel like a valued customer and I look forward to her assisting me again. On a side note, i do have a complaint. The male supervisor would come out and see the long line and he did not jump in to help his colleague who was hustling all by herself. Not cool!40 year resident.

This post office makes the Chula Vista office look like amateurs. ?Absolutely professional and providing great tips to keep the process efficient. You can tell they are good here at this Bonita location because the lines are kept short, or there are no lines.

One of the ladies she looked in her late 20’s that worked there was very very rude to me and made me pay extra to ship a package , but this older Asian lady was super nice and sweet

I love my local post office. I mean, what's not to love? They have free priority mail boxes and labels, postage, envelopes and tape for purchase, they're always here for you, and they've been here since waaayy before I was born.There is never a problem with parking, lines, employees or other customers. But then again, I almost always buy my postage online, and I usually just drop my packages off. In December, when my ankle was fractured, I was hobbling up the ramp, and not one, but TWO, nice people offered to hold the door and carry my package in! It's a very small town, homey post office, with p.o. boxes available for rent, drop off boxes inside, and drive through 1st class mail drop off boxes on the side of the building.Graciela's Taco Shop, Hans and Harry's, Jibaritos de Isla, Starbucks, KFC, and Park Wellness Center all live in this same shopping center, so, it's a nice bonus to get some tasty bites and healing while sending letters and goodies to grandma. Extra bonus points: Walk across the street and you will discover the Rohr Park/Bonita Golf Course Trail.

Great experience! The gentleman worked there explained details very patiently regarding my shipping concerns, which helped a lot! I also noticed some old ranch brands ironed on two wooden boards, which represent a very important historical value of Bonita

Adrienne is wonderful and helpful!I very much enjoyed my short experience at this location.I had to ship out a package and Adrienne was kind enough to let me know which envelope is the right one to use in my situation. Adrienne also informed me that I can go on the website for usps and get free supplies if I will be doing anymore shipping in the future-- which I will with my new poshmark hobby :) Also the service is quick ! Tiny location but perfect. Thank you for the great customer service

I definitely recommend this Post Office, very professional, helpful and they have good customer service , the new Asian lady is very sweet and ver professional, she make sure let the customer waiting that she apologized and that they will be right with you! Keep up the great job Bonita Post Office!

I own a small eBay business & mail packages almost daily from this Bonita post office. The supervisor and an asian young male are extremely rude & condescending. I believe they damaged my package intentionally. I spoke to the supervisor after one of my packages was held for over a month in another state. I was inquiring as to why it was held and sent back to me when my eBay buyer did not require a signature. Long story short the manager couldn't figure out a reason why the other state wanted my buyer to pay an additional $12 to pick up the package and didn't even bother to look it up so I got upset. another Clerk figured out that I had put fragile stickers on the box and that required additional payment. Now, they blamed me for putting a fragile sticker on the box but I told them i wasnt aware it required more postage and that I have sent dozens of packages like this in the past. after i told them they should've held my box here in SD if it required more postage for having that sticker on it they became even more rude. all they could say was "oh it happens we don't catch everything, Plus we don't even know if you really did send it through us." Really? look up the tracking do your job! When I threatened to submit a complaint on them they got even more rude and the Asian mail called me crazy. They wanted me to pay an additional $21 to send it back when they should've held the package here. I could've driven back to take off the dang sticker. I ended up resending the package and it arrived damaged!!! This package was double boxed with bubble wrap and a collectible cups were bubble wrapped as well. There's absolutely no way this happened by accident I know one of the employees there crushed it it had to have been stomped on for it to end up like this. I can't believe evil people like this exist in this world. i'm sure there's no way I can prove this so I'm putting them on blast here. Added pictures of the two boxes that were squashed intentionally. 4 out if 6 vintage cups were broken / completely damaged even though they were packaged with so much care.

The worker Adrienne is very rude. She didn’t want to scan more than 5 bubble mailers because she said it takes too long. This post office could have better customer service. That will be the last time I come back here.

I received the worst customer service from Adrienne. She is very rude and acts as if she is superior to others. She should not be working customer service, and is super lucky she works for the government. Needs to be working in the back

BEST Post office customer service in all of San Diego! I will definitely be going here to send of any future mails I have so thank you to the staff for being extremely welcoming and professional!
