If you want to waste your time come to this bank. Came in at 9:30am to handle a bank wire transfer, but there was no one available. They did say if the 10am appointment doesn't show up, we can have that spot. So we waited. 10:20am rolls by, it's just still me waiting and no one else, reps were still busy, but in my mind, I got the next spot because no one showed up. 10:30 rolls by, rep completes what he was doing, literally skips me and goes to another person that just arrived. Apparently, that was the 10am appointment. HOW CAN YOU SHOW UP 30 MINUTES LATE AND STILL HAVE YOUR APPOINTMENT!? Manager lady talks to us, basically came down to, regardless if they late or whatever, they didn't care at all if we waited the whole day, appointments come first. So to end this review, come here if you want bad customer service, bad internal communication and rude people that doesn't seem like they want to be there.

I have to say, this is a good small branch of Wells Fargo. Business can be a bit slow and we have that one lane open while there are long lines. The renovation of the bank is spectacular and looks modern. The ATM is located at the side of the building facing towards the road and sidewalk but where else would the put the ATM? On the road?

Every time I come it takes forever to be helped. I understand we're in a pandemic. But it's 12 and I heard an employee say that multiple people went on lunch at the sane time. And mind you, one employee is jus guarding the door making sure it doesn't exceed capacity. The Eastlake location uses a guard to do this. And as they were coming in from lunch. There were tellers just sitting behind the glass at a desk. It's clearly busy and the teller needs help. They need to learn how to be more efficient. Sticking to the Eastlake branch. They're a lot more efficient and timely - unless there's a super long line.

Poor customer service! I don't know for Some reason that I always have problem with Wells Fargo. It's too much hassle and inconvenience for a customer to get things done and resolving an issue take so much of your time. it's like being in an amusement park or DMV that you have to fall in line for each transaction. I should have learned the first time But again I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Maybe it's not meant to be and should not deal with them at all. I don't have much, I just want my hard earn money and spend it wisely rather than getting monthly charges for nothing.

Terrible service, mean people that aren't understanding. Shouldn't even get a star. The drive through ATM will take your card and not give it back. Be careful.

I would never come to this branch anymore bankers didn't greet us they walk by us and didn't even acknowledge me and my girlfriend we waited over 45 minutes to talk to a banker and they all rude just coming to this branch made me want to go to other branch that isn't Wells Fargo I hope they do something about this.

After a terrible experience at the Eastlake Target center Wells, I came to this branch a few days later to take care of escrow business/ married name change. This branch's customer service was SO much better than the Eastlake branch's. Everyone here was friendly and knew what they were doing.

Every time I go into this branch. They are very slow. I prefer the branch in Otay. They are very friendly, people greet you upon entrance and throughout. I will go to other branches before going to this one.

Had a nice experience here today. Paulina is the teller who helped me and my husband today. She is very pleasant and efficient. The staff acknowledge us right after we came in. Coming back here from now on.

This location is just terrible. I always a long wait. 3 times in a row now. I normally don't get off but I reached my daily cash atm withdrawal limit so I had to go in the branch. They only had one teller. Apparently the other teller called in. Management didn't care to get on the register and help. Instead they let the line pile up while we all waited for one very slow transaction. Took me over 15 minutes to withdraw some cash. It shouldn't take that long for something so simple especially when there was only 3 people ahead of me when I arrived. Might as well call it "DMV Wells Fargo"

This place sucks!! They are ALWAYS low staff, they are super slow!! And the manager always walks around Ignoring people. It seems as if they are Always training new people, I never see the same ones or at least someone who knows what they are doing!

This place sucks my daughter just turned 2 years old had to use the bathroom and they did not let her. She almost went to the bathroom on herself.. Thank god there was another store that let her. She was crying.. and it was 2 women that told me no.. I told my mom to change banks. I wish I got there names.

WELL I had to pick a random location because I don't know the location of the claims department that I called. So long story short Amazon.com incorrectly charged my account and put me in a bind and I read the reviews for Wells Fargo's claims department and they were pretty bad so I called them with the expectation of being treated bad, case. And point, you should never judge anyone by someone else's opinion. I do not know the gentleman's last name or what state he's in but his name is Angelo And he works in the Wells Fargo claims department and he helped me so well that he changed my perception of a entire department. He was kind, patient and positive and it is rare to find someone like that in this world. He was very knowledgeable and i felt confident that he knew what he was talking about the whole time, I hope that he reads this, or somehow he's able to see this, I don't know if someone could post this to The corporate page just so that he knows that I kept my word just like he kept his. THANK YOU ANGELO!!! Angelo should be a manager!!!!

Possibly the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been to, there is always a long line and there's only one teller that is good at what he does. The rest are all have bad customer service and need lots of training, I just spent almost 15 minutes with the teller trying to deposit my check, the check reader chewed up my check and tore it apart was literally eating it lol .... never coming back to this branch again ...
