Dont go here if you need to receive money. They just ask you to go to another one. Probably another reason Rite Aid is going bankrupt. If you are going to offer a service, then you should provide it

We had medication to pick up for my husband and we stopped here to see if they could fulfill it since it was placed back in Michigan. Luckily they did and we placed the order. The pharmacist was super nice and we were told it was going to take about 20 minutes. She made sure we signed up for text or phone call alerts to let us know our Rx was ready. We left to do other things we needed to do. Half hour later we came back and the Rx was ready.

They have the slowest cashiers here EVER. Will take 5 mins for a 3 item ring up.

Want to know where your prescription is at? Prepare to go into the store literally because they never answer the phone. And when you do, they say there's no refills left, when it clearly shows on your bottle that you have plenty. Worst place to get your Rx.

I didn't understand the low rating this Rite Aid has until I looked at how old most of bad reviews were. I have been going to this Rite Aid for years and years. Yes, sometimes there is a wait -- usually when the after school and after work people drop in. I avoid those times. I was there this afternoon and there was no line. I was helped immediately. There were a couple of problems with my insurance billing (not Rite Aid's problem but I am covered by two insurances and sometimes there is conflict) but they alerted me to it and we made a plan to straighten it out. No problem and it will save me a lot of money. How could you ask for better service than that?

Don't fill your prescriptions here! They'll give you the hardest time. I had to get some Percocet because Norco made me nauseous and they refused to give it to me. They even lied and told me my insurance was expired (when I recently used that SAME insurance for my dental procedure and nasal surgery). Plus I went on a Friday and they wanted me to wait until Monday once they called my dental office to make sure I needed it. They dgaf about my pain, Walmart gave me meds no problem that same day they refused.

This review is for the pharmacy. The women at the pharmacy go above and beyond when it comes to filling my prescription, they call me when my prescription are ready or if they are having issues with filling my prescription. I have seen them multitasking and dealing with difficult customers and always having a smile on their face despite the pressure they are under. Thank you ladies so much for being such a great team and keeping it together during these difficult times. I will be calling rite aid corporate to let them know what great and amazing women they have working at the pharmacy. I wouldn't be coming here if it wasn't for them. Thank you again.

Before I begin I am not a family or personal friend of any employee. I have been a client for several years. Kristy the lead pharmacist and manager has been nothing less than heroic and especially during these difficult and challenging times. I have interacted on many occasions with Nicole one of the senior techs at the pharmacy, She has always been professional, courteous, and compassionate. The other techs including, Candy, Chrystal, Mary, and Jamie should be commended during this difficult time. I realize that it is frustrating to wait in line when it appears that the staff is facing you through the window. They are constantly refilling walk-in, text-in, fax in prescriptions. On several occasion's I have observed patients verbally abusing staff. Please try to be kind. In addition to interacting with patients, there are other entities that they are required to communicate with including physicians, insurance, etc. I apologize if I've left any staff members names absent, as patients we need to be patient, a kind and encouraging word now and then can make a far better impact. Thanks to only this pharmacy but to all health care professionals that work tirelessly to CARE FOR US. John D.

Impressed with all the rite aids I've been to, I've had nothing but great experiences from every location. The woman in the pharmacy are very kind and knowledgeable. They make a great team and this place is my favorite spot to get thrifty ice cream, good prices on ice cream.

The pharmacy here sucks, why does it take so long to pick up a prescription and forget it if you are there for a shot. Was told 15 min and it has been 45 min so far. Never again!

Maricela Rite Aid Cashier was great!! Very professional, courteous and helpful. I had tech issues with rating her on the POS machine so I thought to give her a shout out here; she is very deserving of it-We need more essential workers like her. Thanks a bunch Maricela!! -Cynthia :)

Tuesday night almost 10 PM I was feeling in the mood for some ice cream. I got surprised that they were open! The cashier (I believe her name was Lorena)was very helpful and attentive. As soon as she noticed that I was kind of confused looking for something she approached me and offered help to find what I was looking for. At the same time, as a"cherry"on my ice cream, she told me about the promo of buy one get one free!! Thank you so much for a very easy&pleasant shopping experience!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Their rude cashier with a power trip makes you love and appreciate ordering online! You would think they would be nicer around the holidays at least! No one will miss them once they soon to be outta business !

Stopped there for ice cream. The store wasnt busy at all and yet it felt the employees were totally overwhelmed. We were rushed to place our orders and the employee who was getting the ice cream even started to serve the next customer when we were not done with our order. We let the manager know that we were not pleased with how we had been treated and she said she thought they provided good customer service at their store...Apparently they havent read all the bad reviews on Yelp...

We usually have to wait to order ice cream and that's cool. Today Diane asked us to pay before we actually had our ice cream, which I thought was unusual, but whatever. She told me I could have 3 scoops and a waffle cone on top but another woman came to help and checked my receipt to see what I paid for but not before she kept trying to rush me to order and kept offering help to the person behind me before she finished with our order. She was very impatient with us! She proceeds to tell me she thinks she's offering good service, ha! What a joke! So I tell her straight out that she is not giving good service! I said I thought it was great that we waited patiently for them but they kept rushing us to get out! Dude, chill it! Franken rude! But both her and Diane (the supervisor) felt they gave good service, lol! Explains the stars on yelp but somehow they don't get it!! (Good thing I told her though, don't worry guys!) XD
