“IMHO I love visiting the Butter Paddle anytime I'm in downtown Los Gatos. I think all the ladies who work there are volunteers and are very welcoming and gracious to all visitors! This is a wonderful gift shop featuring beautiful glassware, home decor, stationery, children's toys and clothing, jewelry, some food items, purses, scarves, women's clothing, and seasonal items. The store is beautifully merchandised and eye-catching. Go visit, you will be delighted!”
“Having been exposed to various aspects of the jewelry industry over the years along with having been in sales for half my life, walking into this store today for the first time was a very pleasant experience. It was also a huge surprise personally unveiling this gem after arriving to the Bay Area in '09 and even residing in Los Gatos for the first 9 years!Jeanette has an extremely soothing, inviting, and non pushy demeanor. We immediately clicked regardless as to how I was dressed nor how I was not draped in an expensive watch nor a platinum wedding band etc. She offered many options as well as asked me all the right questions to best assist me. I basically needed a very inexpensive repair and I was never judged nor dismissed by either Jeanette (the owner), nor by Samara (the manager). This team knows what it takes to gain and maintain customer clientele by treating people with the utmost respect regardless of how much they spend!!Would strongly recommend!!!”
“We had the best experience here. My engagement ring is a basket style, sitting flush to my finger. I was having trouble finding a band that didn't take away from the vintage look of my ring. Elena helped find this gorgeous setting and we added yellow diamonds. She sent me multiple options, even helping design one from scratch. Great communication and great customer service!”

For my wedding band I wanted to wear my grandmother's, which needed to be sized, but wanted to preserve the internal engraving. They were able to shrink the ring to fit perfectly. “Lovely store with amazing handcraft and unique jewelry! Visited while on vacation and got a ring as a momento. Weeks later, my ring had a teeny tiny crack in it. I contacted Mountainside and Cassie quickly helped me out! I returned the cracked ring and was shipped a replacement within a week.Fantastic customer service - they really care! “I have been working with Treasures for nearly a decade now for lots of little things. Battery replacements, cleanings, a new chain, tipping an old ring, repairing a broken charm, and each time their service has exceeded expectations. Lately our interactions have become more delicate. They appraised some of my parents old jewelry, some of which I traded in, the rest I sold elsewhere. And then I had them help me design and build a wedding set, with new and recycled gems. My now fiance says it's the most beautiful ring she has ever seen.”
“Deja & Bria are who you want to guide you through finding that perfect piece, whatever it may be. They are so incredibly knowledgeable! They truly listen to your vision (in layman terms) and deliver. I was very uncertain about being able to find the right shade of sapphire and was not expecting to see more than 1 or 2 options. However, upon arriving to my appointment I was shocked that Bria sourced about 6-7 options. The challenge I had next was having too many options! Beyond finding the shade of sapphire I wanted (which is so vibrant, but shockingly unheated btw) I learned so much about sapphires and the process from ethical mining to cutting and classifying. I felt so cared for and had so much fun, overall! I would absolutely recommend!”

“They did a fantastic job on my rings!! 4 years ago I had my son, and after his birth I thought my fingers would go back to pre pregnancy size. Unfortunately they did not and I wasn't able to wear my wedding and engagement rings since. I put off getting the rings resized up because of a variety of factors. My mom recommended this business as a excellent place for resizing. I am absolutely in love and my rings are so mirror like and so we'll polished it feels like they are a brand new set.
