Visiting my son Michael and he asked if I wanted him to pick up Korean food for lunch. I said, "Sure, they have Korean food in Boulder Creek?" OMG, it was wonderful. We had the best Pork Bulgogi Bibimbap! It was so delicious! I asked if they had Kimchi Stew? He said the owner was making some and they gave him a sample. He said it was so good and hoped they would put it on their menu. Definitely going to get food from here again next time we visit. Michael said the owners were very friendly and he would be making regular stops at Redwood Keg Liquor and Deli for their food! Check it out if you like Korean food, it will not disappoint.

Great Korean BBQ! Bibimbap dishes are delish! Marinated chicken over rice with 6 shredded veggies! A nice red sauce that isn't overly hot or spicy with a touch of sweetness. Kept drizzling the sauce over my chicken bibimbap bowl! Super tasty! Kimchi was fresh and tasty! Too bad they're only open Friday & Saturdays! Order ahead since it's cooked to order and takes about 15mins.

The new owners at Redwood Liquor and Deli have really added a great new cuisine to try. The Bi Bim bop is veggies and a fried egg over rice. The bulgogi thinly sliced beef over rice and my favorite spicy pork over rice. The Deli has really stepped up its game. These doses are only available Friday and Saturday. Don't miss out all three are uniquely tasty in their own way! I didn't get to try the pork buns because they were sold out. So happy to have some new flavors in BC!

I had the pleasure of ordering a tri-tip sandwich from this deli. The tri-tip was thinly sliced, extremely tender, and delectable. They have their own smoker. The bread was fresh and soft with a flaky crust and came toasted. It had a wonderful juiciness with all the condiments you'd expect and I was especially impressed by the spiciness added by the pepperoncinis. I think I'll likely go back tomorrow to try out the brisket or pastrami.

BEST TRITIP IVE EVER HAD. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming little deli that left me absolutely delighted and craving for more. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this place had something special to offer. Without further ado, let me introduce you to the incredible tritip sandwich that stole my heart and taste buds!Let's start with the star of the show--the tritip itself. This deli undoubtedly knows how to handle this cut of meat to perfection. The tritip was tender, succulent, and cooked to a delightful medium-rare, just the way I like it. Each bite revealed its juicy and robust flavors, leaving me wanting to savor every morsel. It was evident that the chefs put their heart and soul into preparing this sandwich, resulting in a culinary masterpiece. The attention to detail didn't stop at the meat. The sandwich was thoughtfully constructed with complementary ingredients that elevated the flavors to new heights. The bun was fresh, lightly toasted, and held everything together beautifully. The toppings were plentiful but well-balanced, allowing the tritip to shine. Crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a tangy sauce added just the right amount of freshness and zing. What truly sets this deli apart is the love and passion evident in every aspect of their offerings. The staff members were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had an exceptional dining experience. Their dedication to quality was evident, and it made me appreciate the sandwich even more.In addition to the outstanding tritip sandwich, the deli also had a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The prices were reasonable, considering the high quality of the food and the overall experience. If you find yourself in the area and you're a fan of tritip, you absolutely cannot miss out on this little deli. Their tritip sandwich is a true work of art, prepared with love and attention to detail. Trust me, once you take a bite, you'll be hooked. I'm already planning my next visit, and I can't wait to indulge in their culinary wonders once again!

Before the new owners redwood was the best deli in town for a tri tip, now you better expect it to take 20 minutes or call it in ahead 20 minutes for one sandwich. The quality of the deli has significantly dropped, they don't have as many offerings (Dutch crunch) the tri tip is completely different as the new owners wouldn't purchase the recipe to the OG, (here-say). Not terrible but no where near where it was. Wish they'd spend a little more time perfecting that aspect of the business as I'm sure that's where most of the profits are made.

I've been going to the Redwood Keg for decades. The new owners have lowered the quality of ingredients in the deli. The new sandwiches aren't terrible but are a far cry from what's been the standard. If you're looking for a tasty freshly made sandwich in the area I suggest Wild Roots Market or Johnnie's Super Market.

I went there for their famous "belly buster" sandwich and ended up ran into their very first Friday Korean Special. We got the beef bulgogi and bibimbap, and I saw some glass noodle in the back so I asked if she making some Japchae. She said she's not planning on making any today but she will make some for me what a sweet Oni~ I was when I tasted such authentic Korean homemade food after spending 2 weeks in the woods. Solid sandwich and Korean home-cooking. What a gem! P.S. you can get Shin ramen and Cup noodles there too.

I've been coming to the Redwood Keg since I was 5 years old. I moved out of the area years ago, but whenever I come to visit my hometown I make a stop for some tri-tip. On my last visit, I was surprised to find that the couple who owned it for so many years had sold it. The new owners have put a lot of time and effort into polishing up the store and deli. It feels very fresh and clean, but it still has the charm of the old Keg. The new owners have kept the old recipes, and my tri-tip sandwich was just as garlicky and tasty as always. This is still the best spot to grab a sandwich if you're in the area, especially if you're going on a hike or heading to the river.
