Waited 45 minutes in line to get my in laws medication only one person on the cash register and one handling the medication but slower than a dam turtle cant hire help ?♂️to help get people out quick very disappointed should of went to the valley pharmacy

Really disappointed. They said they would deliver by 7pm and had not by 6:30 so I called and they reassured me that they would be here any minute and of course they never delivered. I like to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt but there was no communication on their part and to deliver is kind of a no brainer task so I didn't in this case.So this is the 2nd pharmacy that has dropped the ball in Brawley. Once again failed by a pharmacy:( What is going on??A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency goes a long way and clearly this was not the case. Customer service is always #1 and they failed to provide it. Pharmacies need to understand that medication is a priority for people and if you fail then you shouldn't be in business. Get it together

This pharmacy is the BEST in Brawley. We first came to AmeriMex because our last pharmacy (Rite Aid) had NO epi-pens in stock and wanted to make us wait weeks to receive it for my son that has life-threatening allergies. After contacting AmeriMex, they had it in stock and I was able to pick one up immediately. Since then ALL our prescriptions have been transferred to them. They are fast, helpful and their whole staff is absolutely PROFESSIONAL. You will never walk in to the staff being loud and yelling across the room like other places. They are THE BEST!!!
