AutoZone provides excellent and friendly customer service with an amazing, helpful, and professional staff. Employees are knowledgeable, go above and beyond, and are super attentive and empathetic. They assist with parts, use scanners to diagnose car issues, and even install items like batteries and ignition coils. The store is clean and organized. They will order unavailable parts, which arrive within days, and honestly refer customers to competitors when needed. Some note that prices can be higher than in other areas or online. Overall, customers feel cared for and leave very grateful for the wonderful service.
