Desert Express Cooling is an old and outdated facility that badly needs improvement. The staff is generally friendly, professional, and efficient, with quick check-in and loading times often around 30 minutes. The loading crew is noted as super quick and helpful. While the office staff could be nicer, the facility has plenty of parking. They load quite fast with no complaint, though overnight parking is discouraged.

Picked up carrots, guy at check in was quick and was called to dock 10 mins after check in. Guy who loaded me was super quick and was out of there in 30 mins. Staff was efficient and got a hello from everyone I saw
