They take forever for simple questions. Took 2 hours for a simple quote just to be told they couldn’t insure me because of my 2025. Waste of time and this wasn’t my first time calling, I should’ve known better.

Horrible customer service. They don’t explain coverages. They wanted to give me a $2500 deductible when I specifically told them I needed a $500 deductible. Then have the nerve to say I wouldn’t find a better price with a smirk. Don’t go here, scam Insurnace
