Terrible customer service!! We were scheduled for an appointment at 10am (Saturday, Oct 26th) and told to be there 5 minutes earlier. We got there a little before 9:55am. What was the point of an appointment if there was no one to make the key??? Being "short-staffed" is understandable but seeing a whole bunch of employees walking around everywhere means someone else could’ve covered for "Marty." Was no one made aware of the appointment? That's the most frustrating part.
They seemed clueless. Your excuses are a joke.
Terrible communication. We were waiting for 45 minutes. We kept being told "oh he's on his way"
"he just arrived" and then lastly "he's taking a lunch break in 10 minutes. Do you want to come back later?" Absolutely ridiculous!! Don't be sorry, be careful and DO BETTER!!
