I went and bought a new phone, tablet and hotspot. They all are great and I had a fun time in the store. I paid about $450 for all the stuff and it was so worth it.

Slow and poor customer service. They are more concerned about chatting with friends rather than getting a line moving along. The cashier had the audacity to ask us "why don't you just pay online"

When I was getting my Metro plan, I asked if there was good reception in the Niland area. They said it was excellent service in Niland. Sales person lied. I only get choppy reception.
