They are patient and kind the one young lady that drew my blood last month was very cheerful easy going. I think that is a great quality with someone who works in the field it puts patients at ease.Ditto to you. They are all great at lab quest

I got out of work to come to my appointment. I had asked my doctor to send the order here. As soon as I came into this place I asked if they had received my Dr’s order. The guy said they would check when I was already in. They finally called me for testing and they told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have the order. My problem is, why is there no one to let us (customers) know if the order was received or if there’s anything missing. They just tell you ‘sorry you need to re-schedule’. I called my Doctor and she re-sent it as soon as I called. I had to re-schedule.I am not complaining about the long wait time, this is normal everywhere, but why do they make you waste your time and re-schedule?How are we as customers supposed to know if they receive the order or not or if there is something missing?I did my part by calling my Doctor, but they’re not doing their part to communicate with clients. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to people’s time.

I made an appointment for March 1st at 1:30 PM at 751 W Legion Rd, Brawley CA 92227 I received my confirmation by email right away and thought all is good. I received a text from them at 12:02 PM the morning of the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 1:12 PM and the door was locked and the lights were out. Last year I made an appointment 60 days in advance and that appointment was at 8:30 AM and they were also closed. I use them for blood draw at least 4 times a year with 2 complete blood panels but will never go to them again. I will be going elsewhere from now on, they are the least professional (totally inconsiderate) business I've ever seen. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Absolute worst experience of my life. Came in as a walk in (there is a HUGE sign that says walk in welcome.)Bald man at the front did not allow any walk ins to go through even when nobody with an appointment as present. Nobody went through as a walk in (there was only 4 of us.) super super super super rude ! Absolutely degrading and humiliating treatment.He said he was not from this facility and came from San Diego. Meanwhile him and the rest of the employees are in the back drinking smoothies.Super unprofessional.I’ve come in as a walk in and have never been denied as a walk in!My client is a diabetic and we were waiting for 3 hours and he had not ate breakfast!I understand if you say no walk ins welcome but you didn’t and made us wait and never went in!

Made a appointment online walked in checked in very fast with there tablet waited 5-10 min and was done in about 5 min very fast and smooth the people their really nice

The man working here is very in professional. I was texted to come into the office, when I did I waited and waited. He came out and took someone else in. He blamed me for not walking back into the office fast enough. I am here for pre-op labs, too replace me knee. The sign says 5 people only in the office right now there are 8 people standing in there.

I took my child there for some blood work and it was during Covid make the appointment on the website, can put what time and day I can pick.when we got there it was fast and very convenient

I am trying to schedule a pre employment drug test and am just not able to. I call to try and schedule one over the automated machine and it just says there’s no appointments available over the next two weeks but doesn’t give me the option to schedule one after that, or on the next available date even if it’s after the two weeks. So I go online to try and schedule an appt. and it won’t let me. It goes to Jan 2022 but won’t let me schedule. There’s no phone number to call the facility and speak to a human about this so they can help me figure out how to schedule my drug screening. Walk ins are not guaranteed. Read the reviews that people with appointments wait over an hour to be seen, I can only imagine without an appointment. Do not recommend !!! Very poor organization, lack of customer service. They should fix this issue or close down because they’re just wasting people’s times.

Took my wife for some testing, got there early but by the time some one came to the front they just told my wife it was too late to do the testing, my wife asked some questions and they could not answer any they seem to be very short on personeel waste of time!!! And one of the ladies seems to be upset all the time

Hours say they close at 4:30 but the employees stop doing exams at 3:30... No need to be open until 4:30 then.
