oh man...i was craving a sandwhich so decided to do subway but i ordered online for pick up and accidentally ordered through the subway inside walmart. BIG MISTAKE! Man the waiting was brutal and literally people sitting down to wait for there order. One worker and she was alone.no disrespect but was really slow.i happened to cut in to mention im here for pick up i already paid for and app stating its ready.The worker told me she has not even started my order!! I just said to please cancel and she did not even know how to.it was terrible. She stated she is new and did not know how to do much.A lady was in front of me and the worker then told me of i still wanted them and i said well yeah but the lady is next.The lady just let me go and unfortunately worker took too long the lady left :(the worker read my receipt and said "how so you make the chicken buffalo" i was like "what!?"it was a mess...and not even some chips or a drink for the inconvenience...nothingi waited sooo long and the line kept growing.felt bad for her and idk why they would leave someone untrained all alone.but if your looking for subway there is one right around the corner next to vons and much better and more workers.its more active and the one in walmart is so quiet and seems dead as the atmosphere.

Good prices, horrible customer service don't bother calling any of the departments they will not pick up.. specially the pharmacy.

My partner is a cancer patient with a nasty painful type of cancer. We got a prescription from our doctor for a months supply of pain medication and went to the local pharmacy in Brawley. It would be ready in an hour they said. We had lunch, did a bit of necessary shopping and went back. Then they told us that his insurance would only pay for thirty, so I said I would self pay for the rest. Then they said they couldn't break it up that way. I then said I would pay for the whole thing. My husband was sitting in the cart listening to the conversation, he was in pain. They told us we had to go back to the doc and get a new script for what the insurance would pay . ...about 5 days worth. I objected vehemently and then they said to take my husband and go....they had none of the meds there anyway. What they had was a DEA audit going on, and that was more important than the severe pain of a cancer patient and they couldn't be bothered with two seniors who desperately needed good customer service. I'm a regular Walmart shopper..... NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT WALMART
