Non-existent customer service. Even for customers who’ve banked with BofA for over FOUR DECADES. Imagine? You come into the branch and your transaction you’ve been making for TWO DECADES is suddenly handled differently, you’re treated disrespectfully and despite going home then being asked to come back in for “help,“ you’re not actually helped in any way. Nothing was resolved. Waste of time. Our decades at BofA are coming to an end because of this. This branch needs help. Horrible management skills.

I only come inside the branch when I need it. And it never fails. The lines are always tremendously long. With only one to two tellers working.

I don't bank at B of A and probably never will after yesterday's transactions. I walked in to get money from my SDI (State Disability Insurance) debit card. There were only 2 tellers and 7 people in line and a bunch of employees shooting the breeze with each other. Rule of thumb is, anytime there is more then 3 customers in line you should automatically open another window for good customer service. So I did not want to wait for 7 people in front of me, so I went to use the 2 ATM's outside and I got the same rejection on both of them. I told one of the ladies that was sitting in her cubicle/office and she said to try the 3rd ATM on the other side of the wall. Wrong answer Maam! You should have had someone check to see what was wrong with both machines and also call someone to open up another window for your customers. If what I experienced yesterday is any indication on what goes on any given day, I would change financial institutions a.s.a.p. Read this and get a clue. Poor management skills at this location.

It's the middle of the day 2 windows open with a lime that's out of the door. If you know the 1st is busy then have enough staffing for the seniors that are here. Then yall doing construction with one sofa and no place for them to sit. And you wonder why folks don't want to support in their own community. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER AND BE ASHAMED TO OFFER THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

His name is Alex,( 290 S State College Blvd, Brea, CA 92821 )and he told us to get the hell out of here and never come here again, and even pretended to push us. We made a reservation at 9 in the morning. Regarding inheritance in Korea, if you are a US citizen, you can pay inheritance tax for 2 more months, so we went to notarize it. went . However, while looking up the Korean letters, he said nonsense and said that this was not the correct letter. I told him to use Google Translator on his phone and look for it, but he said that it was not correct.. He did not take into account the fact that even a single word can be translated in many ways, and was unpleasant. ㅜI yelled at him to get out of the way and never come to our branch again. I am an accountant and have been using a business account for a long time, but this is my first time experiencing such a humiliating thing.this is clearly racist

Drive thru is always open! And it's right next to Brea Mall. Super convenient location and there's never a long wait for ATMs.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Service was quick and they were able to provide me with the information I needed. Good experience. No hassle, no fuss, no pressure to sign up for a new card bologna.

My employer uses this branch for their business and without getting too detailed, this branch sucks. All their tellers are super rude. I have seen them give passive aggressive, or just straight up aggressive behavior to other customers and I've had it happen to me too. I am really surprised B of A just lets this slide and the behavior is normalized. Take your $$ somewhere else. I have never had any issues at my bank in my personal life and so it seems to just be a B of A issue, by looking at the reviews for other branches. The other reviews seem to reflect the same thing I am saying. That's pretty sad. If it wasn't for my employer using this bank, I'd never step foot in a B of A ever again.

Worst service as always!!I m not the person to put ANY negative review (s). But this one by far the most worst bank ever. Not once or twice .but every time I walk in staff seems clueless about their duties. There are many serving windows but NO TELLERS. Always LONG lines, and when you get to the window, teller (s)are always confuse on how to do their job.NO ideas what managers are doing.Hopefully they’ll take an action to improvises.

I loathe BofA for their woke bullsh$t but this branch is clean, nicely organized, and the staff are kind and thoughtful. Never had a problem here. If it gets busy there will be long lines...that's life in a branch in any bank. Banks want you going online. I am cool with that.
