Richard and his entire team have been nothing but amazing! From a small project to what turned out a massive one was not easy, but they were patient and always willing to help. Best part is they kept me informed of all my appliances ETA.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Richard, the manager sleeps all day you can hear him snoring in the back room. I was shopping in there, on now what is multiple occasions and could hear him snoring in the back. If I were barbeques galore i wouldnt want that to be who represents my company. So unprofessional, the employees there seem to get no help from management. 2 years ago they didn't have this manager and it was a pleasant experience. I will never go back to this store.

Terrible communications.Ordered outdoor refrigerator and told will call back in 3 days with ETA.Called the store back , asked for update on ETA .The guy in store told me he has to emai someone and ket me know tomorrow.Waited 2 days , no one called me back.Again , I called the store and this time the guy told its backed order with no ETA.I canceled the order and will never buy anything from thus store again.

Absolutely awful. I walked in this morning, a Thursday around 11am and found no one. I needed a hose for my BBQ and was in a pinch. I walked all the way to the back where the counter is, no one there. I decided to try and find the propane supply hose that I needed myself and walked the entire store, nothing was out on display or easily availble. I wondered if the employee(s), who still hadn't acknowledged my existance, were in trouble or something. I made an effort to look for them again, I saw one in a green shirt, just inside the back area washing his hands at a sink. I waited a bit more and it became apparent he wasn't in any distress, he had just made the decision I wasn't worth his time and never said a word or paid any attention to me, hoping I'd go away. I was carrying the old propane supply hose in my hand, so I'm sure he had decided I wasn't worth his time. Anyhow, if you need parts for a BBQ, this place sucks. If you have any questions about a BBQ, this place sucks again. Looking for any type of customer service, it sucks once more. If you have several thousands to spend on some new huge BBQ setup, maybe they will at least talk to you. Coming in and out of the store, they have bells on the door that make noise, so not hearing me coming in or out and walking around isn't an excuse. Did I tell you this place sucks.

THE WORST BARBECUE BUYING EXPERIENCE, SERVICE, INSTALLATION EVER. From in-store to corporate, what a disaster. Got my money, then NEVER followed through, never advised, late with everything, damaged my island, what a joke. Never again Barbeques Galore! Nope.

Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent greeting I was dressed ultra casual (looked bummy)but wanting to investigate a couple of products. I ended up with a larger purchase because they were so knowledgeable. I couldn't see going back to home Depot or Ace for my Kamado. I was even surprised that they're selling affordable wagyu now. Great job.

Shane is the best! He’s an outstanding employee and so helpful. He goes out of his way to satisfy customers. The entire staff at this location is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Solid selection of meat rubs. I can't remember the guys name who helped me out but he was super knowledgeable and really helped me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back.
