I placed a online order at 9am and went after work to pick up my order around 430-5pm and order was not even ready so Suzanne told me give her like 15 min to get order together so no problem went to food court to get some food came back and she forgot about my order so she rushed to put my order together and drove home to realize I missed 2 items so I had to call back and she said she would refund me those items and as I was putting my purchase away I noticed one of the hand soaps was used and half empty with finger prints all over it so I’m assuming they gave me the sample bottle and charge me for a new one … horrible service and sad part they don’t care they are there to just clock in and clock out

I went in Yesterday to buy some Wallflower refils. They had a sign displayed that read "ALL wallflower fragrance refils $3.95" However they rang up regular price. The cashier refused to honor the advertised price. Said the sign was probably from yesterday and that they will take it down. I tried to explain that you have to honor a price as advertised but she was young and inexperienced so I could see I wasn't going to get anywhere talking to her. I left empty handed :( and they still hadn't taken the sign down.

Love the brand and what they have to offer but if you can avoid this location, please do. I see from other reviews that people have called corporate but they seem to not care. The staff needs additional training on customer service and should not assume the worst in everyone. Also I understand that with busy seasons it's get crowed but do not take your frustrations out on the customers and clearly roll your eyes at them.

I had to call Corporate on this Store, because it was difficult to navigate around with all the white cabinets there were to many of them blocking the aisles. I was going to purchase something but how am I if I can't even get around to it when you're got to many of those white cabinets blocking the aisle? Another thing is that There are Very Rude people who work at this location they're was an employee who was following me around because she thought I wasn't going to buy anything . Another issue, I was there with one of my good friends and they weren't nice to her either what do they think this is? Rodeo Drive? Just because it's an upscale Mall doesn't give you the right to treat people with disrespect This is one of my favorite chains but if I were you avoid the Brea store

Alright location. The gal who helped me on the floor, with finding specific Wallflower scents, was super sweet and helpful. However, one of the ladies at the cash registers rushed through my purchase and did not accept my birthday reward, which qualified for one of the items I was purchasing. She barely glanced at my app and automatically stated that my none of my items qualified, without truly checking my reward. Since we were already part-way through the transaction, on a time crunch, and it was such a small purchase, I trusted her and decided to look into my birthday reward at a later time. I found out later on that the same item I was trying to purchase in-store *DID* qualify as I was able to add it to my online cart and apply the reward. It left me feeling a little icky that at this point I would either need to go back to the store or make an online purchase (to maximize on the shipping cost). I am giving three stars because the gal who helped me while I was looking at products helped me a lot and was very kind, but the cashier rushed me. Be careful at this location when trying to use your rewards--be sure that the associate reads the reward to ensure that it is valid. I know there are times that rewards are not valid for certain items, but make sure to have the associate check closely without rushing you.

Very unprofessional workers at this location workers keep following me around the store checking everything I did. Very unprofessional I said to them I didn't need help in a very manner way. One worker gave me a dirty look as I walked around to see what else was on sale. Left my bag didn't buy anything would rather spend my money at another location!!!

Stay clear of a young girl named BELLA who works here. The worst customer service I've experienced. Shes dishonest and talks poorly about customers in front of other people

In store pick up should warn that only 2 people are available and you will have to wait 20 minutes in line. Won't be doing online ordering at this store anymore

Latoya was very helpful for finding what i needed! I didn't know what to find exactly, but she helped me pick out scents and found matching sets for me. Very helpful and will look forward to shopping here again!
