I recently visited Bella Nail and Spa for acrylic nails in an almond shape with dip polish. The appointment took about an hour and 20 minutes, and while the service was okay, it left much to be desired. The nail technician seemed to lack attention to detail—my nails weren’t fully finished with topcoat, and they began chipping the very next day.
I went back the following day, and they did fix the issue without any hassle, but it’s frustrating that I had to make the return trip in the first place. As for the atmosphere, it was pretty basic. They had the news playing on the TV, but there was no music or any relaxing ambiance. They also didn’t offer any beverages during my visit, which would have been a nice touch.
Overall, it’s a decent place, but the experience felt average, and I expected a bit more for the price and time spent.

This is hands down the best nail salon. I've had Hannah doing my nails for years and she never disappoints. The staff is so friendly. The salon allows you to relax and enjoy being pampered. The vibe is awesome!!

Great customer service, great selection of colors, and they offer customers water, wine, and champagne. Mt pedicure looks great!

I'm still coming here ! Clean, friendly vibe. Hannah did my nails , I love them. Lin did my pedi. It's better to make an appointment here . But I have never had an issue, even if I do walk in, just have to wait longer .

I really like the gel ombre french. They do it with an airbrush machine. They are a little pricey but worth it bc my nails last forever.

These nail technicians are rude! Hannah is the only one that does a great job. If you ask for a certain design on your nails they don't like doing it and they put up an attitude about it. All of them!

Went in for a soak off, I had beautiful, strong, long nails underneath, I left with jagged short nails when I specifically asked not to cut my natural nail. Literally SOOO jagged. She also tried to deny she cut my nails & said "they just go like that" when I had a gel manicure & had my nails meticulously & evenly filed for the purpose of growing them out. I'm so upset, I've been growing out my nails for over two months now. Also, she used DIRTY & USED nail bits... literally dust on them from the previous person. Will definitely not come again.

I really enjoyed this place. I called ahead, and they welcomed a walk-in. I got a pedicure and it came with a foot/leg massage with hot stones & aromatherapy. Pedicure is nice and clean with many color options. They had a $5 off if you spend $40 deal. I didn't even have to mention it, they informed me and deducted $5 from my total.

I came here bc I needed a last minute walk in and I call and they said sure. I asked them to remove my last set and to do a new full set. Tell me why the lady takes out a nail tip and tried digging out my nails. I told her that ruins the nail and to do a soak off. She looked annoyed when I ask her. Another lady starts on my nails and are really rough and is just not nice. She seemed like she didn't want to be there and was having a day. She does the tip, acrylic, then the filing... the fact that she took so much time on the filing and it is still so uneven is mind blowing. I asked her for a pink to white ombré with sparkles or Pearl and she's like sure. She does this iridescent chrome thing and asked if I liked it. I told her I don't have time and just to finish bc by that point it has been over 1.5 hours. She knew it wasn't what I wanted nor liked and told me to come back tomorrow to get it redone. I was literally about to cry leaving bc I spent $90 on ugly nails that were uneven, textured, and not even what I asked for. Horrible and disappointing.

They did a very good job on the nails but communication is pretty poor since it’s heavy on asian language but I’m not sure what language they were speaking.

So I was in real need of a pedicure I've been so busy with work and I'm a single mom as well so I decided to come into a local place for second timeto relax and treat myself. They seemed rush and didn't do a good job for the prices that they charge. Once I went home I got a better look since she didn't use a heat lamp the paint was still sticky and one of them had already smudged . I don't mind paying the price for good service unfortunately I will not be coming here again⁰
