Really the bathrooms are closed? This is why I left instead of shopping here and went to Ross because you guys suck. If the store still open then restrooms should stay open if you don’t want to clean that’s not customers fault service. I can’t imagine how many people left the store because of this issue. Change management instead.

Karen (from the name tag- i saw) the manage/supervisor is not a nice person. The young cashier was very helpful and very friendly, i look forward to visiting the store Mondays and sometimes Wednesday (when she works) around 1pm i have being there a few times but she does not seem to be scheduled for very many days. My friends love that cashier too (Hope to see her more and more) MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR GIVING - F. CASHIER AAA

Non-transparent return policy!
Came back to return an item a week after purchase to the same store with original receipt, and was told they do not accept any fragrance returns. They said I should have been told this upon purchase (I was definitely not!) and it should also be written on the back of my receipt (NOPE!).
Seems like most of their BBB complaints revolve around being unable to process returns. Hadn't been to a Burlington in years but after this experience, most definitely will NOT be back.

Is not possible they have 9 registers but only one open. Sooo bad I left my stuff and leave. She took 15 min with one customers and they were 10 people ahead of me.and no mentioning that the freaking AC was off

Very secure. They regulate how many people can be in the store and make you look at a camera when you enter so they can have your face on their recordings

I really don't like this store much to shop for clothes because their clothing line is very cheap looking and outdated
Brand name things I tried on had defects. Rack almost empty. I like the purses other things. Friendly customer service!
