Had a great experience here. The team was really helpful and showed us around and let us experience the mattresses freely, especially Michael. Helped us with some deals as well. Products are good, but we are still testing it, so time will tell. But so far no complaints (about a month in)

Great experience at the Casper store in Brea Mall. A staff representative took the time to help me pick out new bed sheets and walked me through the differences in materials and feel. They were knowledgeable without being pushy and answered questions clearly about firmness, materials, and delivery options. The store was clean, calm, and easy to browse. Testing the mattresses in person made the decision much easier. Solid customer service and a smooth buying experience overall.

I have visited this store twice, and both times I was helped by the same sales associate, Aubrey. Each time, she explained every mattress in detail, including the features and prices, which made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends, and I’m very grateful for Aubrey’s help.

I met Michael at the Casper Brea store more than a year ago. He was very informative of the product line and I initially settled on the Dream mattress but needed more time to decide. Michael emailed me sale information multiple times to keep me interested. During the next year I purchased a Dream mattress for my daughter who is in another state and got to sleep on it for a couple weeks. When I returned from the trip I received another timely email regarding the Thanksgiving sale. I ended up with the Dream Max after trying them again. Michael researched the adjustable bases to answer questions I had. Overall Michael was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to my requests.

I had an outstanding experience at the Casper store in Brea thanks to Aubrey. I originally purchased a mattress with an estimated delivery time of 10 business days. After calling the store to see if there was any way to receive it sooner, Aubrey immediately stepped in to help. Although she had just sold the last mattress in the store, she took the extra initiative to contact customer service on my behalf to explore other options.
Within 24 hours, I received shipping details for an expedited delivery via email, and Aubrey personally called me back to share the good news. In a time when truly exceptional customer service is becoming rare, Aubrey genuinely went above and beyond. She turned what could have been a routine transaction into a great customer experience. Thank you, Aubrey, for your dedication and outstanding service.

I visited the Casper store and was helped by Aubrey, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She walked us through all the mattress options and made sure every question was answered. We didn’t make a purchase that first day because we wanted to keep looking, but a week and a half later we found ourselves back, largely because of how great Aubrey’s service was.
She even answered additional questions over email before and after we purchased. Her customer service truly stood out compared to other mattress stores in the mall. I’m so happy with my new mattress and highly recommend the Casper store in Brea. If you get Aubrey, you’re in great hands!
