OMG!! I just had a once in a lifetime experience!! This bank had a line of people waiting, and they OPENED 8 min EARLY!! I am almost 60, and I have NEVER seen this happen!! And to top it off, the staff was super friendly!!

the worst experience ever!!!! tried to cash a check but couldn't because of a missing second last name. went to a different location and they cashed it right away.

Website says to call to verify hours a notary is available. But there is no one to answer the phone. I called twice and you have to go through all the automated options before you are allowed to wait to speak to someone. It rings a bit, then recorded message says everyone is busy so call back later, goodbye and hangs up. Very poor service.

RUDEProbably one of the rudest and aggressive Manager and Assistant Managers duos I have met in the banking industry. I can see how and why the teller is not trained properly. The teller told me there was a limit to cash a check. My check exceeded that limit. I told them that another 2 branches a few weeks ago told me the limit was 15 times higher. She said no. The limit is $2500. No explanation other than no. I asked for the manager. The manager saw the check and gave it to the Asst Manager to talk to me. She came out. She said exactly what the teller said "The limit is 2500." She didn't look up the account or anything. I was upset because I told her that's not what I was told from the other branches. She didn't look at the account. All she did was look at the check and tell me no. Her response was "I'm trying to help you." Ummm... NO. You are not. Helping me is not telling me No. Helping me is explaining why and/or getting the check cashed. Then the Manager came out. She was confrontational. All she said was No. I asked her if the other 2 branches are incompetent. She stumbled over that and of course said "I can't speak for them." She reiterated the limit was $2500. That's it. She also did Not look up the account - this is important to be explained. I then asked for her Regional Manager's Information. Her instinctive and quick reply was "No!" Why won't you give it to me? You won't give me your Regional Manager's Name and number? Say what? Then she realized that she should so she reluctantly and angrily said "I'm going to give it to you."Finally got it and now waiting for the Regional Manager to Call me.***Checking the Account is important because apparently at Chase, each Business Account has certain cashing limits. XYZ Cleaners may have a $0 Cash Checking limit. ABC Cleaners may have an Unlimited Cash Checking Limit. DEF Restaurant may have a $10k limit. I learned this after calling another branch who patiently explained this to me. That is why it is important to look up each account. They could have explained this very simply to me instead of just trying to force feed "The Limit is $2500." While it's true for that account, it's not true for all accounts.

Came to this Chase to add my spouse to my savings account. There were three gentlemen sitting at desks doing nothing. We were greeted by the manager(?) and we let him know what we wanted to do. He walked over to all three of them then came came back to us and said "unfortunately they all have a really important meeting right now, so we won't be able to assist you, come back later". Such great customer service. What a joke.

Needed to add a signer to a business acct. Was turned away "because they are going on a phone meeting". Obviously they didn't want to take on the paperwork because they close in 30 min.

The worst Chase branch ever! I won't even ask for their any service again. Please go to other branch, this branch destroy Chase reputation. They never help, always ask you to call customer service, if you ask for their manager, they always say she is not in the office and will call you back. But they never call back and never pick up the phone.

We were there to open my daughter's student account. As we were foreigners we went there with our local acquaintance. People complaining about the delays in service here are somewhat true. As we were given an appointment of 1.30pm and the employee who was to attend to us came half hour late from lunch. And she took 2 hours to open a simple student account. Very slow service. We had to skip our lunch and go instead to in & out burgers, as it was 4pm when we were finished. I don't have any complaints with their banking services though as remittances from are easier with them and they give other good services. As a foreigner I am satisfied ? ?

Need way more employees here. Takes forever everytime I come to this bank. Especially during the early afternoon time, you have a bunch of people sitting at their desks, with no customers and ONE TELLER.

Banking here in very pleasant as they offer many services and if you need to speak with a human they are very helpful and friendly. Check them out if you're considering a change ?

Mr. Mark Merz, and a great man, saved me at 4:00pm and shut down my account for fraud, and really good another employees would leave because it was closing time he helped me.

I happened to be around this area running errands and decided to make a quick stop at this branch.. Melinda Lopez was the representative assisting me and took great care of me.. My situation was a bit peculiar since I had left my debit card at home and I needed to get a cashiers check for a somewhat big amount, but Melinda from the start asked amazing questions and really worked on identifying me to make sure I was the person with transaction authority... Some people might find this annoying or inconvenient but Melinda handled the situation in a way that showed me how greatly chase cares to protect its customers. I rarely go to the branches as most of my banking I do online but I am extremely satisfied to know chase has amazing, well prepared and professional team members to both serve and protect customers.
