I had a lovely experience at this store. They helped me find what I was looking for. When I mentioned I would need to iron it when I got back to my hotel, they offered to steam it for me. They had it ready in 25 minutes. Above a beyond. Excellent customer service!

Adaya at the Brea store was so helpful. I ordered pants by phone to be delivered to my home & she looked for the slacks in the store & took care of everything.

this is a large Chico’s women’s apparel store. It’s a stand alone and not inside a shopping ?️ mall, as usual. The ladies working there are very welcoming. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

I have been a customer at this store for many years with pleasing results. I recently purchased a beautiful bright orange blouse that was a new item and upon receiving it in the mail found out that it was not the right size as sent by the warehouse. I called my local store and talked to my salesperson Regina Poppe. In order to get the sales price we decided to re-ship the item as it was not in the store inventory. I received it a couple of days later tried it on and it still didn't fit just right. In the meantime I got a very bad case of the flu and needed to return the two blouses to get my credit but was unable to do it while I was sick. I spoke with Regina by phone and she graciously offered to do the return for me if I could get my husband to take the blouses back to the store. She handled the whole thing without needing to involve him or me. That's what I call great customer service! Keep up the good work Regina...I appreciate it

I’ve been shopping here for years. I was not allowed to shop with my mother because of their mask mandate. How long will we continue to allow fear to control our daily lives? People eating right next door, 100,000 maskless people attending college football games, while stores like Chicos looses hundreds of dollars in what I likely would have spent to take my Mother shopping. The employee was just doing her job. It’s not her fault. We took our business elsewhere. Reminder to all the sheeple- less Americans died in 2020 than 2019, 2018, and 2017. Look it’s up. Why are you afraid of something with a 99.8% survival rate for those under 40.

This Downtown Brea Chico's went the extra mile for me in service. With the lifting of the most stringent of COVID protocols, it was time for me to add to my collection of shorts and T-shirts, which had been my sole apparel choices for 16 months. Still not quite ready to venture into a store in-person, even though I was vaccinated and masked, I decided to try my luck on-line with Chico's website. This was in mid-August and I was 50% successful in my choices, but what to do with the other 50%? By now, (mid-September,) COVID protocols had loosened up enough that I took my on-line merchandise to the Brea store, and they happily and efficiently unraveled this rather complicated return. While I was in the store, their wonderful staff helped me find suitable items to replace what I was returning, although that was never a condition of the return. The additional items were my choice because I needed the clothes. I am just now looking at all of the negative reviews and all I can say is that my experiences have been nothing like that. I will definitely be returning to Chicos's Brea. In conclusion, I highly recommend this wonderful boutique store in Downtown Brea.

I found lots of sale at their online store. But this location also has lots of sale for beautiful stylish clothes. Not so much on bags. Chicos have steady following of certain clientele for decades, because it rarely disappoint! My favorite always was travellers collection - beautiful comfortable quad quality clothes!
