I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at one of your stores. While I was unable to locate an item I needed, I requested assistance from a female staff member. Unfortunately, she was extremely unwilling to help, treated me with rudeness, and displayed what I believe to be discriminatory behavior.
I noticed that she was polite and respectful toward white customers, but not toward me. This differential treatment made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Such behavior does not reflect the values I associate with CVS.
I have always considered CVS to be an excellent and trustworthy chain, which is why I am especially surprised and disappointed that an employee like this would represent your company. Because of this experience, I do not wish to return to this location.
I hope CVS will take this matter seriously and ensure that all customers, regardless of background, are treated with equal respect and professionalism.

If I could leave no stars I would. The staff of women at night starting with deeana the supervisor, Diana the clerk and a lady who wears to much makeup are completely rude and do not offer any assistance with money gram. I was on hold with MG agents for an hour and finally received my money with attitude from this cvs staff. Highly do no recommend going there ever again.

Everyone there is great, Neil 5 star Pharmacist. There has been twice when Neil has helped me out tremendously. As you know Insurance is Insurance and their number goall is to save money, for themselves. They would not cover one of my medications I needed w out Dr. Approval (advice always do your prescriptions during your doctors hours)Since it was Friday I would not be able to talk to her till Monday, and take this RX on daily basis. So with nothing left to do I said I guess I’ll have to pay for it, Neil said let me see if I can find a coupon for that. He was able to take 50% off! I’ve had to buy this medication from another CVS and they never offered that ( Their app has 3rd party system type in medication and see how much u can save) He again saved the day today, with a staff member telling me the computer wasn’t gonna let me fill prescription until 31st a day when I would be left with none. So I called and wrote a message, yea a message you guys should really take advantage of their app, it has saved me SO much time and money. But Neil worked on it and was able to get it filled and by insurance with less than 10 min closing time. They called and said if you can make it here before 8pm. I didn’t think they were gonna call me back, and not only did they called me back, Neil fixed my problem. Sometimes in a pharmacy it’s who you talk to, don’t get mad at employee he’s reading computer, nicely ask to talk to a Pharmacist, like Neil.

had to try and call to get a medication filled, had to fiddle with the phone system for 15 minutes to even get a voicemail left for the pharmacy. finally got a call back from a pharmacist, guy was incredibly rude, unhelpful. was not interested in his job at all, was 0 help, horrendous customer service experience. Was a pain and a horror to work with your company. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE FUEL

Connie in the pharmacy was amazing. I was having some difficulties while visiting California and she was so extremely helpful in getting my medications and explaining it to me. She was so friendly, nice and kind and was so pleasant.🌻

Maria Rachwal did above and beyond customer service. Maria is one of a kind individual who has golden heart, she did extra miles to assist me with my patient’s prescription due to calamity in pacific palisades.
I commend Maria Rachwal to get promoted and share her expertise by helping people in need without hesitation.

We have been to other CVS in the vicinity but we like the one on Brea Blvd and Lambert the best with excellence customer svc from the Pharmacy to the Products in the store. The sales staff are very helpful and you can always find someone for help.

I had a paxlovid prescription called in for covid. The pharmacy knows it's important to take this right away and they said it would take a couple days to get it which means you just get sicker while you wait. they say they'll call the doctor and get an alternate and they don't. I called in all day to try to get some help and nobody would help. This is unprofessional and I think illegal

Every time I go to the store there's a sign that says the register is closed. I personally won't use self checkout. It's fine that there is self checkout available, but all stores should have an open register. Every time I go in I have to ask the clerk if I can please check out at the register. Every time I talk to someone who's working there it seems like I'm interrupting them.
