Came in today for an exchange because the store at the Irvine spectrum gave me two right shoes and Anthony did an exceptional job at making sure the process was smooth and even enjoyable at that. After a long day of driving from Cerritos, to brea because they didn’t have my size… the drive was tolerated because Anthony made my experience great. Thank you.

They had many more specific shoes than expected! I came in looking for a particular and less popular pair, and the staff were very helpful. They found the exact shoe in a different color, and helped me order the correct color online!

My husband and I were shopping around for work boots at the dr martens here at the brea mall where Jacob Upton the amazing sales associate helped us find the perfect boots while ensuring such a pleasant experience that we even bought our toddler a pair too! He really went above and beyond in showing us the best options and it was clear he knew what he was talking about when it came to the differences between all the boots we were looking at. Would definitely recommend asking for Jacob if you go into this dr martens store.

Es una de las mejores tiendas de zapatos, con un ambiente y atención muy buena, el estilo de los zapatos es militar, en esta ubicación generalmente hay rebajas y ofertas en la mayoría de los modelos. Se encuentra en la planta alta del centro comercial de Brea. Aceptan pagos con tarjetas de crédito Visa o Mastercard. El estacionamiento de la plaza es gratuito.

The customers service in this store is exceptional. I was helped by a young woman named Mariana who dropped everything to ensure I got what I was looking for. She was very friendly but also professional. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

A very boring trip to the Brea mall became the adventure of the holiday season when I saw someone carrying a bag from this store. The mall directory did not show the store, the web directory for the brand indicated it was located in 1052 downstairs. It’s actually located upstairs pretty close to the food wing.This is the old school Dr Martens we loved in the 80-90s. Not the ones you see for sale at Ross a stores for $60. They didn’t have any killer or sales despite being the week after Xmas but the staff offered a 10% discount to persuade me into buying the shoe I had tried on.I hope they do good in Brea, it’s the only store that will get me back in the Brea again.

It was my first time going into the Dr. Martens store yesterday and I was greeted by Jason as soon as I walked in. He was able to help me find the perfect docs for this fall. Jason was very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be coming back again soon for more docs!
