I had a very good experience with DriverMods. I ordered a pretty complex system of body protection upgrades, comprising of numerous parts and part numbers that can be integrated in various ways. To be clear, there were three small issues: one item arrived slightly damaged, one item was wrong, and I later found that I needed one additional item. However, they were very fair and dealt with the issues promptly. To me, their care and dedication to "making things right" shows me more about them than if I had had no issues at all. The added time to make the corrections was definitely inconvenient, but their fantastic pricing made up for that. In the end, I'd give them 4.5 stars as it wasn't perfect but they did what needed to be done to make me a very satisfied customer!

These guys are fantastic! The prices are unbeatable, they know their products, they clearly have a passion for supporting enthusiasts, and their customer service is excellent. Louie and the whole team have been an absolute pleasure to work with.Driver Mods has become my Go To when I'm looking for anything vehicle related.

They are by far the worst company I have ever encountered. They have repeatedly lied to me, Amazon, the attorney general and made up paperwork to make themselves look good. . They yelled at me then promised me a refund on a product I returned yet lied and are not only keeping the product and my money but also charged me tax on that product I returned which means they are defrauding the IRS as well. They will say one thing and do another. They are mean and rude and have caused so much pain and suffering on our family. I can not express how terrible these people are. Do not trust this company.

Irresponsible seller, unable to copy an address on a purchase order, arrogant and rude customer service, uses his power as a power seller on Ebay to have the negative rating erased, I do not recommend, the competition is strong, buy elsewhere, in conclusion I finally bought the same product from a competitor at the same price.

I want to thank Ben for his excellent customer service. I have had a BajaRack on my 100 series Land Cruiser for 2 years and had recently purchased an ARB Awning. The ARB awning brackets (which are usually quite universal) do not fit the Bajarack which is forcing me to buy the proprietary Bajarack brackets, which are OVER TWICE as expensive as any other bracket I can find for ANY other brand. If that wasn't heartburn enough, Bajarack doesn't even have their own brackets in stock and were quoting a 4+ week lead time.... Unbelievable that a manufacturer who has proprietary products with which only their other products will mesh, does not have them in stock!!! Luckily, I was referred to Driver Mods and Ben had one set in stock. Ben was great and stated that they are doing their best to build their stock of Bajarack products. Very poor service from Bajarack, not only now, but when I ordered my rack 2 years ago. (4 week lead time turned into a 6+ week lead time) Kudos to Ben for saving the day. Thank you sir. The sun in Big Bend National Park will now minimized.

Customer service is non-existent. I have had a problem with a light bar purchased from them and when trying to contact them about a warranty claim they simply do not respond. I believe that in trying to call them they are dodging my calls and not answering the phone or responding to my emails. This has happened repeatedly. SHADY!!!! Then when I finally got someone on the phone he knew exactly who I was, immediately. Like I said, SHADY!!! He knew I was trying to get through and was not answering the phone to talk with me. Then when I finally got someone on the phone they said it was past the 1 year date of the manufacturer warranty and there is nothing they can do. When I initially contacted them it was WELL BEFORE the 1 year date of manufacture warranty expiring. As previously stated, they just ignored me and did not respond to my repeated calls and emails so they wouldn't have to honor the warranty. SHADY!!!! This company is total BS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. PLEASE DO NO SUPPORT A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. JUST PLAIN UNETHICAL. I FEEL RIPPED OFF.

Fantastic team to work with. Called and spoke to Ben who walked through my order with me, made sure I had everything I needed and that all parts fit my 4Runner. Then.... He got everything shipped within an HOUR!!!! Absolutely recommend them and will be doing much more business with them! Thanks Ben! 5 STAR!!!!

I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company at all. Shipping is not what they promise. I ordered an item on 12/12 and it was supposed to be delivered between 12/19 and 12/24. The shipping label was created on 12/12 and did not even ship until 12/19 when I enquired about when my package was going to ship. Now my item won't be to me until 12/27 and is useless as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I was so frustrated searching all over the country for a company that had a BajaRack for my 4Runner in stock. I called BajaRack and was referred to Driver Mods. I checked their website they did have it in stock! I placed the order and it shipped out the next day. The freight company called to schedule delivery. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Installed it the next day and had it in time for my camping trip with the family. Thank you Driver Mods for making it happen!
