I came here with my brother to find some clothes for me. The prices are through the roof but that's the cost of being big and/or tall. The store is well maintained and organized. The store employee was very friendly and offered assistance. I will come back again when I save enough money. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. Area is very nice. No signs of transients or malicious activity.

I had an amazing experience at the store in Brea. I had to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased for a family member that were too small. The shoes were purchased with a gift card and partially with cash . The store was able to do the return successfully in an expedient manner . As a customer service accommodation, I was even issued. $5 credit on my next purchase.

Went to the Brea location cuz its close to work. Lots of styles to choose from and I had to really force myself to not buy several pairs. I walked out with 3 then went back the next day to get a couple more but i didn't know I had to activate my membership to get the discount so I only took one pair that I really wanted. Went home and loved all my new shoes. What I don't love is being bombarded by their constant texts and emails wanting to send me deals NOW? I'm unsubcrbing for now because they should have let me get the five dollar discount without having to jump through hoops. Too late now.

Not a great variety of wide width shoes that i need for my flat feet but if you're looking for running shoes this would be a great place to shop

I'm very upset about the mistake of DSW Cahier, on 23Oct2023 in the afternoon I went to DSW store 431 S. Associated Rd Brea CA: 92821 to buy shoes and use my discount $10.00 Coupon. After looking for one hour I found the shoes which I liked which have green sticker price was $49.98 and green stick have 50% off so it will be $24.99-$10.00(Discount Coupon) = $14.99+ 7.75% Tax $1.12 = Total Should be $16.11 but the counter cashier put on the receipt blue which is 40% off and charged me $21.54 means $5.43 extra .Today 24OCT2023 when I was scanning my receipt luckily I checked and found out they Either made a mistake may be she was not wearing her eye glasses or may be color blind. It's a Rip-offs , I notice some time the cashier do it purposely that's why I always check but I was not feeling good and came DSW after seeing the Doctor so I didn't check. I think Store should hire more honest and efficient workers who understand what they are doing and open their eyes while charging the customers , now a days when people losing their jobs and everything is so expensive every penny is a gold for us. Now it will be hassle for me to drive to Brea spend money on car Gas which is $6.00 + driving time, show them their cashier's mistake and get me $5.43. it's very stressful.

The staff here could use better manners and be friendlier! We were not greeted or welcomed when we came in, staff actually seemed mad that we came in 40 minutes to closing. (7:20pm) However, we were reminded by ALL the staff members several different times that the store was closing and even gave us the countdown... "just so you know the store is closing in 10 minutes" ... "just so you know the store is closing in 5 minutes"! I didn't even shop, left the store without buying anything!
