Rude manager and employee refused to accept a return for an online order that was within 30 days for the ship date. They stated that the return window was 30 days from the order date (I would have been one day past), even though the website clearly states the return window is 30 days from the ship date. I even showed them the policy on the website and they told me the “website was wrong and needs to be changed.” There was nothing wrong with the items. Horrible customer service and return policy since it took me 2 weeks from the order date to receive my items, only giving me 2 weeks to do a return according to them. I even confirmed with online customer support that my items were still eligible for returns; however, after the treatment I received when I went to the store the first time, I was not going to make a separate trip out there again to be treated the same way.

The new Manager Nick who took over for this location is amazing. 11/10 would recommend.
He is very professional and knowledgeable about how clothing and fashion works.
I got a new job (Business to Business) performing from $5,000 - $500,000 deals. He helped me arm my closet and wardrobe with the proper function to A) land the job and interviews, and B) Sell and adapt to the community very quickly.
I have been to other clothing stores and no one is more helpful than Nick and his current staff.
If you're in the Brea mall, definitely swing by here!

Does everyone who works in this store just sit and text on their phones? All employees were rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. If you don't want to work, do your customers a favor and just go home.

By far the worst costumer service. Walked in and not one of the 3 employees there acknowledged me. Stood around trying to get helped and nothing. Put my stuff down and walked out. Terrible service

Went in there for some help to find jeans and I explained what I wanted and asked for my size and it took her forever just to bring some, so I went out myself and found my size that she said they were completely out of, it just seemed like she didn’t want to help.

I went in the store hoping to find something and I did, but it wasn’t what I expected. This has me thinking if there could be more in the store, maybe even going near or in the merchandise. So gross and unsanitary.

My kids can always find something nice to purchase, the dressing rooms were open, and the sales people were nice and helpful as well.

When you f****** wanna go home just go home you don't have to treat your customers in a very rush way to sell your stuff plus explain what's the deal you having..... I come here a lot and this will be my last time cuz off the shity service
