Everything was amazing. The office was clean. Staff was prompt and friendly. I was taken back almost immediately and seen shortly after. Shortest doctor a visit ever. But everything was very thorough! Definitely recommend Dr. Chamberlin

Please fix your online appointment system. It's poor customer service. I thought I'd have a chance to be seen this month of October, but now I have to wait until January. The receptionist wasn't very helpful either.

If I can give negative stars, I would! This place is so unorganized. The reception or doctor assistant sent my lab work to wrong places that is not covered by my insurance 3 times! I was charged over $1000 because of this. Yet their attitude was complete unacceptable. They said I should have called the lab first. But the lab they put in the order for never answers any call! So I have to basically drive there and find out for if their order is correct each time?!

Didn't go for treatment, but I went to retrieve old medical records and they were so nice! The new offices are great. Parking is a bit confusing at first, but they have signs in the underground parking structure for Calligraphy apartments of which spaces are available marked "MEDICAL OFFICE PARKING"Thank you to Gabby for being super nice and welcoming!

What a snazzy office!Years ago I was given a referral from my gyno to start seeing Dr. Chamberlin for my GP. It was a great match and I really felt good about my visits with her. She is friendly and a really sharp dresser! Great shoes! She is very candid and friendly. It seemed that her business grew and she became a little harder to get in with, but that was okay... she has a wonderful Nurse Practitioner that works with her named Colleen Loughran. I've seen Colleen through a horrific sinus infection, viral pneumonia and also Covid-19. Her bedside manner was reassuring and patient, I really appreciated it. Both of these ladies are a good find. If you've gotta go see a medical professional, this is a great place to go!It used to be that the staff was un-called-for snotty and I would dread calling, but over the last year or so I feel like they have gotten much better and actually seem very friendly and helpful. I sure hope so. I mean, if you are in need of medical attention, the last thing you want is for someone to treat you like a 2nd class citizen and be uncaring. Let's hope that the staff has upgraded.I have not had a long wait ever in the waiting room. In fact last time I was in I was taken back a few minutes early. I doubt that's typical, but worth mentioning, at least. The office is beautiful and the parking lot has plenty of spots. It's a little walk to the office, but not too terribly bad.Thank you!!!

Pre covid screening of temperature, oxygen level and covid's questionaires before checking in. Big lobby with social distance seating. Pro : Appointment at 915am and was cakl in at 920am.Luckily in the end the nurse practitioner able to address most of my problems.Cons: 1. It took me a month to get the first available appointment.2. When medical problems built ul over the waiting period. The nurse told me I could only choose 3 out of the 8, to see the doctor. I have to guess which problems needing to take care first instead of the doctor analysing for me.
