Yeah, you can read the other reviews. They can definitely improve on their customer service. If you visit this location, then just be prepared to be treated poorly and don’t take it personally.

Manager will tell you he can't take your ground package after you walk in and send you away to come back in 2 hours because they are maxed out at the moment. What's the difference with taking it and having it picked up in the next batch? Probably the most stupid operational policy I have ever heard, sending a customer away to a different store.

Melanie was able to get my outside banner printed on short notice, while the systems were going in and out of network, and still called me to confirm it was completed/ready for pick up. Thanks !!!

Guy there wouldn't let me ship back a return the exact way I received it. He was worried about a 1 inch space inside the box. The contents were three pairs of shoes in their own boxes!!

Awful place. Total scam always trying to sell you packaging services. They will reject your prepackaged shipments and try to sell you packing material or their overpriced packing services. Avoid at all cost. FedEx always loses my packages too.

Today, I went to return a package. I took it in the box in which it was shipped to me, a UPS box, it was perfectly sealed, taped, and properly packaged. But the store manager declined to take it under the premise that they do not take boxes from other carriers. He took the time to explain to me that FEDex does not take boxes from other carriers. I was told that I had to use another box. That even if I painted the box, they wouldn't take it because they knew. I ended up just buying a box for $3.5, because I don't have a box this size at home.
Not only is this a wasteful practice, it also reinforces the mindlessness of this company to needlessly pollute and trash the planet that YOU and I live in.
I just wanted to let the store manager that this bad review was worth $3.5 for his sales today. I hope it was worth it.

When I called to ask if I could print something at 6 PM, they were unwilling to support. The following day I ordered something online and paid extra for it to be card stock and when I arrived at the store, it was regular pound paper and they were not willing to try to reprint and give me a discount to reprint or anything just kept saying there was that was not in the order instead of trying to work with the customer.

Matthew was awesome! He helped us in a time crunch, 30 min before closing to print out pamphlets we needed for the next morning. Not only did he print them at that moment but he also cut them so they looked nice! Very helpful person!

I ordered an item for pickup and received a notification that it was ready. When I arrived at FedEx, I needed to check the last four digits of my tracking number, which I had on my phone, and the employee saw it. The employee, who works on Friday evenings, said my item wasn’t there—even though my tracking hadn’t been updated. I insisted there was a notification, but he refused to check further. He was very rude and interrupted my conversation. A few days later, I learned that my item had been returned to the shipper. I called the shipper to have it resent to me, but the item was no longer available, and I missed out on my final sale because of that employee. I also called FedEx customer service and learned that my item was in the FedEx store at the time I went to pick it up. I filed a complaint, but received no response. This experience was very disappointing.

In one word. Rude.
Not one employee at this location enjoys their job or their own life. Every interaction I have had (and have seen others experience) have been with a rude and toxic employee and this includes the management. I understand that this may not be the job they dreamed of having as a child, but the smallest amount of effort made to be pleasant and respectful is utterly nonexistent. Avoid this location just like the employees avoid providing assistance and the manager avoids leading a team.

I've read a lot of bad reviews, but I gotta say that Mathew was so helpful today. I went in with a really strange request and he whipped it out in no time. It was exactly what I needed at a fair price in a little amount of time. Highly satisfied.

This is a man, he seems Latino, very rude, unkind, arrogant, disrespectful, and sharp, the bad grades surpass him, he is between 5 and 60 years old, and he works in fedex, from Imperial, in Brea.
