When I arrived with a leaky tire they asked if I bought it from Firestone. I said I did not. They checked it out and determined it was bought at COSTCO. (It was.) So they said "You got it at COSTCO. You know COSTCO will fix the tire for free or replace it." HONEST.

The owner is great here. He got me in right away when I told him I had to head to LA for a sporting event. My tire was flat. He got it taken care of ASAP for me and it was covered under warranty. He also recommended future services which I intend to complete later this week when I have more time.

I went for the $10 health check. The report was not really detailed and they didn’t care to explain it to me. They quoted me about $1300 to fix a series of things on my car. I went to a second place. They said multiple things Firestone claimed were “wrong” were totally fine. Be cautious.

Thanks Bridgestone for having such amazing employees today I was blessed to be helped by Henry. He is amazing. He goes over and beyond for his customers. Will goes over and beyond for customers if you are looking for a great place to get your car fixed not too busy and you want to see some amazing people. Frank from Brea, Firestone was great. He took care of me and his customer service was superior. Overall my client experience was A+ with Frank and I would highly recommend friends and family here in the Brea location.

The best service from any of the other locations I have visited. Extremely friendly staff and super reliable. Frank helped me out and got me set up with 3 tires and explained the Firestone cards to me as well, he’s one of the reasons I will gladly make the drive down from Chino if there’s any issues with my car!!
