This Forever21 is small and doesn't have a good selection like the others. Most online featured items are here, including shoes and accessories, however its one story and the stock is limited. The one in Montebello is usually better than this one.

I had my first experience shopping at "(Forever 21)". I picked out some tennis shoes by the brand name [Juicy].The store had women's clothes, jewelry, shoes. But in my personal opinion it is a very good place to shop.

The Asian female manager here was such a B**** to me and my boyfriend. She rang up both of our purchases. We came back in 10 minutes later to a different sales associate, because my boyfriend's shirt he bought, didn't fit. He wanted to exchange it for a different size. We didn't have the tag because it came off when my boyfriend put it on, but we had the receipt. The Asian manager jumps in saying they "can't accept items without the tag attached." I was like, we literally came in here 10 minutes ago & YOU rang us up, so now you're trying to say you can't make an exchange when I know you can literally scan in the code from the tag on the new shirt we're exchanging it for? Or you can use the code on our receipt. She continued to be a b**** and I was like "So you're gonna force us to keep a shirt we're not gonna use LOL". We left, found the tag, and my bf went back to try returning it, because I refused to go back in there. He was almost able to return it with a different sales associate because he had the tag. HOWEVER, the Asian manager saw him and immediately came over to him and told him over & over, "the tag wasn't there before." And he was like "well I have it now??" And then she said, "well it's not attached" and walked away. F****** B***** Will NEVER come back here. She's lucky I didn't come in the 2nd time. This location sucks because of the manager. Would rather go anywhere else.
