It is what it is, the only reason I gave 3 stars is they gotta step it up if they don't want to be the next BlockBuster. They gotta have like in game event items or like in game cosmetics exclusive to their stores or idk how they will be a thing in 5 years

Ricky was so nice helping with other people's needs and making sure the customers were satisfied. Ricky was so helpful with finding the item you need and going above and beyond helping you. He is truly the best employee. They had a great selection of games. The prices were really great too . Highly recommend them !

Had to wait an Hr because they don't open til 12?? I don't trust ARYANA!!!!. I think she stealing codes. We bought 2 different $25 codes for 2k they both didn't work??? How? Then when I drove all the way back and waited the hour. She gave me a number to call? I don't wanna call anyone, i want my refund or an exchange for another 2 cards! but she said no? Call the number?? She stealing codes for sure. Also horrible customer service, she had a bad attitude.

Horrible customer service I got a used game beat the game and returned it before the 7 day period the guy in the front refused to give me a refund as there policy states and when I asked if they can correct it they just said no it was outta there power rediculas service will never return beware from these people here

This review is strictly about Game Stops pre-order swag "while supplies last". I pre-ordered the new Zelda game, picked it up on the first official day of release (not Thursday evening). One of the big selling points was "pre-order and you'll get this swag" not "pre-order and you could possibly get this swag because of limited quantities". The "manager" was kind of a jerk about it when I asked where my pre-order swag was. I get it's probably not his fault but if you're going to have a disappointed customer don't make it worse by having a bad attitude toward them. I checked my receipts and it mentions nothing about "while supplies last", nor is there any visible in store literature that mentions "while supplies last". There is zero point to pre-ordering when you're not guaranteed anything for it, go to Walmart, Target, or Best Buy they get tons of copies of A list titles and promise you nothing unlike Game Stop. Train your employees to say "while supplies last" to avoid any heartache from customers when they don't get swag for pre-ordering. I am a long time Game Stop customer but will stop pre-ordering because there is no point to it... "while supplies last". Shameful.

closed for lunch? They open late anyway. Waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes till they opened. It was after 3 PM.

I went in to buy a controller over the weekend and just as I entered there were four people who suddenly turned and looked in my direction. Two were customers and two worked there. I'm pretty sure one of the customers was a friend of one of the workers and was just hanging out while the other customer was trying to talk over me. I think he was trying to be funny, but instead was very irritating. I gave him the stink eye and he left because he didn't look like he could afford hospital bills. The main reason I'm giving this review one star is because they made me feel unwelcome and like I was a nuisance even though I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I had to ask the cashier to bring up my information because I knew I had coupons from the yearly subscription I pay for. Horrible experience. I usually shop between this store and the Anaheim store, but now the Anaheim location will get my business.
