I've almost had an anxiety attack in the store several times because the aisles are so narrow. Woman with a shopping cart in each aisle who's just oblivious to the people around her and you will begin to feel like you're going to spend the rest of your life trapped in that store. And face it the markups are ridiculous I don't care what excuse you have if you're selling items from a higher price than what their originally offered for I think you're defeating the purpose for the customers and you guys do that all the time

The employees here are the worst, some nice, some with a face, not helpful, not to mention rude. It’s clean, and the selections are a hit and miss. The pricing has been outrageous, for a bbw hand soap 5.99 each, when they r regular 6.50 at bbw. I am trying to get a hold of David, the Reginal. Come on goodwill these prices need to be lowered. The employees act like the work for the fbi, go somewhere else if you do not want to look down at.

While the place had many good finds and was well organized, be cautious of the employees. Upon finding out that a coupon I had for SoCal goodwill didn't work and informing another friend about it, the staff made audible comments tearing down my friend for not being able to afford their purchase without the coupon. They acted better than the customers and will look down on you.
I recommend going to another establishment if you don't want to be judged.

The "drop-off" team was Very Friendly and accommodating. The ease of the drop off lane was convenient and well choreographed.

Wow this place is a hidden gem. It did not disappoint. It was literally the most cleanest and organized goodwill I have ever been too! It smelled so amazing when walking in. All the Christmas decor was neatly organized and hung perfectly in order. Cleaning supplies lined up neatly like a market shelf. The shoes are all in place. Just wowed that I could find everything so easily. Tons of name brand items. Nice home decor area as well. Bathrooms are also available upon request and changing rooms! Amazed
