Horrible haircutt. It was lopsided and I mentioned it as such to the hairdresser, and later to customer care. No one reached out to me ever. I have had my haircutt there before so I know how it should be and could be cut. It was just a trim. Omg. The woman either didn't want to listen or couldn't hear me because the music was so loud.

Another great stylist at Great Clips. Stephanie listened to my concerns/ideas and made excellent recommendations on what we could do to help me feel better about my hair…. Getting thin on top is extremely difficult for me and I think most men that can not Rock a Chrome Dome. Thank you!!!!!

I wanted say that this places provides great service. Jai for example really accomodated me as a walk in and payed attention to my request. I really appreciate the service and for caring about my request. I also booked here in recent times and i also had a good experience with other staff. They give you good recommendations and are very respectful. If you come in and they are busy, they will still go out of their way to help you out. Keep up the good energy!

Let me just first say that Jai did such an amazing job with my 4y/o son. She knew how to calm his nerves and talk him through his haircut so that he wasn’t scared. I am very thankful for the care and patience Jai had with my son.

I brought my 11yr old son in for the first time today. Jai was so patient with his wiggles and many questions. He has very thick hair and tons of cowlicks, she did an amazing job working with it. We are definitely coming back!

First time I have ever wanted to cry over a haircut. I showed the stylist a photo she only looked at it once. It was a short undercut. She decided it was a fade. She asked me how short I wanted it and when I said she was starting to take to much she continued to cut anyway. She asked about my side burns and I said don’t cut them and she took the razor and cut one anyway and then well what about now to me. I finally just told her she was done and I was leaving. I paid and walked out. Will never go there again. I have had the same cut for 10-15 years and have never looked like a guy before. She made it so I look like a man. I have finally figured out a good way to style it so I am somewhat comfortable with it after several days. But I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Marium was very friendly; She, the manager, Always allows me to use And Reuse coupons that are Non-existent AND they Always work. Each time, the haircut was supposed to be $24, but with her allowing me to use coupons, it always comes out to $19. Back then was $18 and she does Not even need tips! I'm moving out of state so thank you for allowing me to Always come in with coupons for the last couple of years!

Honestly, just go somewhere else, anywhere else. This place sucks, the stylists are rude, the haircut is over priced and subpar. I have no problem being generous for a good haircut but the customer service and/or skill has to be there. This place has neither. I’ve gone to this place a total of 3 times, everytime the haircut has been uneven and not done how I asked for it. Everytime you ask them to correct it, they act like you’re asking them to do something that isn’t part of their job. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because it’s near me and the app is convenient. This place has gone downhill, notice how all the good reviews are old and all the recent reviews are 1 star.
The last time I went, and the main reason that caused me to completely stop going and write this review, the customer service was awful. I checked in online like I always do, love great clips for that convenience. At the time that I checked in, the app said 45 min wait so I head over to great clips to wait there. On my way it goes up to an hour for some reason, and the timer keeps going up, I decide to still make my way there. When I get there it said on the waitlist that I was next in line but I get no acknowledgement from the two stylists there. Normally at other great clips, they check you in and acknowledge your presence as soon as you arrive. Neither stylist could be bothered so I sat and waited for my turn. On the app it still said 30 minutes left, so I waited patiently. Both stylist are taking their time and cutting hair with painstakingly slowness and one of them is chatting up their customer more than cutting their hair, come to find out it was because the person in the chair was her friend and they weren’t even checked in, I know this because at great clips your name is on the waitlist until your haircut is over, their name wasn’t even on the screen. Then one stylist finishes and decides to take a break, not a proper break, she just kinda takes her time doing whatever, I checked my watch she walked around and did nothing for 10 minutes, and then when she comes back from her “break” she takes another customer, still not acknowledging me or checking me in. Then the other one, the one chatting up her friend decides to take her lunch when she was done, so she can continue hanging out with said friend. She even said IN FRONT of me “I’m gonna go to lunch right now that the queue is short, I’ll be back later” mind you the queue was still at an hour wait. I checked the clock and even though I was the next person on the queue, they didn’t acknowledge me or check me in till 35 MINUTES after I arrived. Remember in the app it said I only had a 30 minute wait after I’d arrive and I still wasn’t close to getting a haircut. And when the chatty stylist was going to lunch with her friend, the way they finally decide to acknowledge me was to say “oh the other stylist will get to you when she’s free”. I decided enough was enough so I walked out. I’m not waisting both my money and my time. Great clips is convenient but just don’t go to this one, it isn’t worth it. Trust me make the drive to the other ones, you’ll get a haircut quicker than here and they’ll at least check you in.

Stylist was unaware. She had a show running on her phone and ignored any attention to detail. Cut my unevenly and gave me a horrible haircut. Terrible. $25 was an absolute rip off.
